Claims (21)
- (a) 본체; (b) 상기 본체상에 장착된 수지 호퍼; (c) 상기 호퍼내에 함유된 상기 수지를 용융시켜 중합체 용융물을 형성시키기 위한, 상기 호퍼내에 있는 가열 수단; (d) 상기 호퍼로부터의 중합체 용융물 및 방출물을 수용하기 위한 개구를 갖는, 상기 본체내에 형성되어 있는 챔버내에 장착된 오거 스크류(auger screw); (e) 상기 본체에 연결되어 있으며 챔버 방출구로부터 중합체 용융물을 수용하도록 만든 양변위(positive displacement) 회전 펌프; (f) 회전 펌프로부터 나온 가압된 중합체 용융물을 전달하기 위해 본체에 형성된 방출 통로; (g) 본체 방출 통로와 압출 다이를 상호 연결시키기 위한 도관 수단; (h) 오거 챔버 및 방출 통로를 에워싸고 있는 영역에서 상기 본체를 최소한 도로 가열하기 위한 수단; 및 (i) 구동축의 회전에 의해 오거 스크류 및 회전펌프를 구동시켜 중합체 용융물을 오거 챔버, 회전펌프 및 방출통로를 통해 호퍼로부터 압출다이로 적절히 유동시키는, 상기 기어 펌프 및 상기 오거 스크류를 구동시키기 위해 연결된 구동축을 포함하는, 중합체 용융물을 압출 다이로 이동시키기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 방출 통로가 그 속에 위한 필터를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방출 통로가 압력 바이패스 밸브, 및 상기 바이 패스 밸브에서 상기 오가 챔버의 입구까지 연장되어 있는 바이 패스 통로를 추가로 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 용융물을 오거 챔버로 공급시키기 위한 개구가 연신 슬롯이며, 상기 호퍼내에 있는 가열 수단이 상기 호퍼내에서 슬롯의 각 측면상에 장착된 블록, 각 블럭내에 있는 가열요소, 및 상기 블럭으로부터 상부로 연장되어 있는 다수의 열 전도성 핀을 포함하는 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 블럭에 있는 가열요소 및 상기 핀이 호퍼내에서 수지를 용융시키기에 충분한 열을 수지로 전달하는 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 블럭이 호퍼 가장자리로부터 상기 슬롯에 대해 내부 하향으로 테이퍼진 강철 웨지로 되어 있는 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 핀들이 알루미늄으로 되어 있으며, 서로가 평행하고 상기 슬롯의 세로측에 직각으로 배치되어 있는 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 핀들이 테이퍼진 웨지 표면으로부터 수직 상향으로 연장되어 있는 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 핀들이 각 블럭으로부터 상향으로 연장되어 있으며, 2인치이내로 이격되어 분리되어 있는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오거 스크류 및 회전펌프가 서로 같은 분당 회전속도(r.p.m.)로 상기 구동축에 의해 구동되는 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 회전 펌프가 기어 펌프인 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 오거 스크류가 상기 기어 펌프에 공급 압력을 제공하는 크기로 되어있는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체를 가열하기 위한 수단이 오거 챔버 내에서 본체 및 중합체를 950°F 이하의 온도로 가열할 수 있는 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 기어 펌프가 중합체 용융물을 최소한 2500lb/hr의 속도로 이동시킬 수 있는 시스템.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 바이 패스 밸브가 이동압력을 100 내지 2000psi로 조절할 수 있도록 만든 시스템.
- (a) 중합체 용융물을 형성시키기에 충분한 온도로 중합체 수지를 예열시키고, (b) 예열된 용융물을 오거스크류로 유동시키고, (c) 상기 중합체 용융물을 열을 가하면서 상기 오거 스크류를 회전시킴으로써 회전 펌프로 이동시키고, (d) 상기 용융물을 열을 가하면서 회전펌프를 회전시킴으로써 압출 다이로 펌핑시키고, (e) 상기 용융물을 압출 다이를 통해 통과시킴을 포함하여, 중합체 용융물을 압출 다이로 이동시키기 위한 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 폴리올레핀으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 압출 다이가 폴리올레핀 및 접착제를 압출시킬 수 있는 용융 취입성형 다이인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌 공중합체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- (a) 중합체 용융물을 제16항의 방법에 의해 용융 취입성형 다이로 이동시키고; (b) 상기 다이내에 있는 일련의 평행한 오리피스를 통해 중합체 용융물을 압출시켜 섬유를 형성시키면서, 일련의 섬유의 각측면상으로 고온 공기를 불어 넣어서 섬유를 신장시켜 1 내지 15μ크기로 가늘게 하고; (c) 섬유들을 수집하여 웹을 형성시킴을 포함하는 용융 취임성형 방법.
- (a) 접착제인 중합체 용융물을 제16항의 방법에 의해 용융 취입성형 다이로 이동시키고; (b) 용융 취입성형 다이내에 있는 다수의 평행한 오리피스를 통해 접착재 중합체 용융물을 압출시키면서, 일련의 오리피스의 각측면상에 고온 공기를 불어넣어서 용융류를 신장시켜 가늘게 하고; (c) 접착제 용융류를 기재에 적용시킴을 포함하는 용융 취임성형 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
