Claims (14)
- 태아에 대한 센서 수단을 유지하며, 태아부분 둘레의 경관부(cervix)내로의 삽입을 위해 적용된, 신장된 통체 부분을 포함하고, 그 특징으로서, 동체 부분이 10 내지 20㎝ 사이의 길이로 경관부내에 삽입되도록 적용되어, 양막을 그대로 두면서 센서 수단이 모체 조직의 압력에 의해 태아의 부분에 대해 유지되도록 탐침이 위치될 수 있는 태아용 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동체 부분의 말단부에는 동체 부분의 삽입을 용이하게 하는 방향으로부터 쐐기 작용의 방향으로 원격 팽창될 수 있는 위치 수단이 제공되어, 태아의 부분에 대하여 자궁의 외측 방향으로 탐침의 동체 부분이 움직이려는 경향에 대해 위치 수단, 태아 부분과 모체 조직 사이의 쐐기 작용을 통해 센서를 태아에 대해 정위치에 유지하는 것을 보장할 수 있는 탐침.
- 제2항에 있어서, 팽창될 수 있는 위치 수단은 팽창가능한 풍선을 포함하는 탐침.
- 제3항에 있어서, 풍선은 쐐기 표면이 모체 조직에 나타나도록 형상을 이루었으며 동체 부분이 태아의 부분과 밀접하게 연계되게끔 강제하는 역할을 하는 탐침.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신장된 동체 부분의 길이를 통해 연장된 채널을 포함하여, 태아용 탐침을 통해 자궁내로 기구를 도입할 수 있게하는 탐침.
- 태아용 센서를 유지하고 태아의 부분 둘레의 경관부내로의 삽입에 적용되는 신장된 동체 부분을 포함하며, 그 특징으로서, 탐침의 삽입을 용이하게 하는 방향으로부터 쐐기 작용 방향으로 원격 팽창될 수 있는 위치의 수단이 동체 부분의 말단부에 제공되어 센서를 태아와 밀접하게 연계시키는 역할을 하며, 쐐기 작용의 방향은, 동체 부분이 약간 철회운동할때 보다 밀접하게 연계되게끔 강제되는 방향인 태아용 탐침.
- 제6항에 있어서, 위치 수단은 팽창될 수 있는 기낭을 포함하는 탐침.
- 제6항에 있어서, 위치 수단은 일체화된 쐐기작용 표면을 포함하며 이것은 동체 부분과, 동체 부분을 통과하는 신장된 평행의 팽창기 사이에서 상대적인 길이방향 운동에 대해 외측 방향으로 강제되는 탐침.
- 태아용 센서를 유지하며 태아 부분 둘레의 경관부내로의 삽입에 적용되는 신장원 동체 부분을 포함하며, 그 특징으로서, 동체 부분은 양막의 파열없이 삽입될 수 있는 정도의 길이를 지니며, 통로는, 태아 부분의 뒷편에 있는 양막을 파열시키는 수단이 차후에 삽입될 수 있고 양수의 배출이 허용될 수 있도록 동체 부분의 길이를 통해 연장되는 태아용 탐침.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 태아용 센서는, 경피성 태아 산소계 측정법 수단(means for transcutaneous fetal oximetry)과 ECG 전극과의 조합을 포함하는 태아용 탐침.
- 제2항, 3항. 4항. 6항, 7항 및 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기의 태아용 수단은, 사용에 있어 태아의 부분과 신뢰성 있으며 최적의 접촉상태로 강제되도록 동체 부분의 길이를 따라 위치 수단과 거의 같은 지점에 위치한 단일의 센서를 포함하는 태아용 탐침.
- 제1항, 2항, 3항, 4항, 6항, 7항 및 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신장된 동체 부분의 길이를 통해 연장된 채널을 포함하는 태아용 탐침.
- 태아용 센서 수단을 유지하며 태아 부분 둘레의 정관부내로의 삽입에 적용되는 신장된 동제 부분을 포함하고, 동체 부분은 10 내지 20cm의 길이로 경관부내로 삽입되며 태아의 센서 수단은 모체 조직의 압력에 의해 태아의 부분에 대해 유지되는, 태아용 탐침의 사용을 포함하는 태아의 모니터 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서. 동체 부분의 말단부에 있는 위치 수단은 탐침의 최초 삽입 이후에 팽창되며, 동체부분에 대한 견인은 위치 수단을 태아 부분과 모체 조직 사이의 쐐기 연필내로 강제하는 역할을 하는 태아 모니터 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
