Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA ANALISAR FLUIDO AMNIóTICO. São fornecidos métodos e espectros para monitorar o crescimento fetal e prever o peso de nascimento de um bebê antes do nascimento em que um ou mais dos marcadores biológicos selecionados são medidos em uma amostra de fluido amniótico obtida a partir de uma mulher grávida. Os níveis dos marcadores bioquímicas e/ou dos espectros selecionados são correlacionados com uma ou mais condições médicas, tais como o crescimento fetal e o peso do nascimento de um bebê, e diabetes gestacional. Uma sonda de medida para a medição in situ pode ser usada com segurança e repetidamente. O monitoramento e/ou o tratamento da saúde materna ou fetal também é fornecido.
