제1도는 시험예 1에 있어서의 결과를 나타낸다.는 실시예 1에서 얻은 본 발명물질을 나타내고,는 같은 방법에 의해 모라노린만을 첨가하지 않고 조제한 물질을 각기 나타낸다. 종축은 용액의 흡광도, 횡축은 경과시간(시간)을 각기 나타낸다. 제2도는 시험예 2에 있어서의 결과를 나타낸다.는 실시예 1에서 얻은 본 발명물질을 나타내고,는 같은 방법에 의해 모라노린만을 첨가하지 않고 조제한 물질을 각기 나타낸다. 종축은 활성 잔존율, 횡축은 온도(℃)를 각기 나타낸다.

Claims (3)

  1. 담체의 표면에 효소를 고정시켜서 이루어진 고정화 효소이며 그 대상이 당질 관련 효소인 것에 있어서, 당해 효소를 안정화시키는 작용이 있는 물질을 동시에 담체에 고정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 안정화 고정화 효소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 안정화시키는 작용이 있는 물질이 다음의 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 화합물 또는 이들의 글루코스올리고머인 안정화 고정화 효소:
    (상기 식중, R은 수소, 저급알킬, 하이드록시알킬, 페닐알킬, 페닐알케닐, 페닐알키닐, 페녹시알킬, 페녹시알케닐 또는 페녹시알키닐을 표시한다. 여기에서의 페닐이란 치환 또는 무치환의 것을 포함하는 것으로 한다. X는 소수 또는 축방향의 적도 방향의 수산기를 표시한다).
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 안정화 시키는 작용이 있는 물질이 α-시클로덱스트린인 안정화 고정화 효소.
