Claims (4)

  1. 제품(4)을 반송하는 콘베어(5)와, 이 콘베어(5)에 대향위치하는 조사장치(6)와의 사이에 위치하는 전기 콘베어(5)의 반송방향에 따라 슬라이드 가능한 제1차폐체(1)와, 이 제1차폐체(1)에 대향위치시켜 전기콘베어(5)의 반송방향에 대하여 전후방향에 슬라이드 가능한 제2차폐체(2)와로 구성되고, 전기 제1차폐체(1)와 전기 제2차폐체(2)와의 사이에 형성되는 간격에따라 전기조사장치(6)의 전기제품(4)에 대한 조사량을 조절하도록한 조사량 조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1차폐체(1)와 제2차폐체(2)가 콘베어(5)의 반송방향에 대하여 경사지게하는 사행부(3)를 복수개로 갖고 동일형상으로 함과 동시에 상하에 대향위치하는 것으로 함을 특징으로 한 조사량 조절장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1차폐체(1)와 제2차폐체(2)가 평판상으로 함과 동시에 콘베어(5)의 반송방향에 따라 대향위치시킨 것을 특징으로 한 조사량 조절장치.
  4. 제1 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1차폐체(1)와 제2차폐체(2)가 그 내부의 전역에 걸쳐 냉각수가 순환하는 수로(7)를 갖는것을 특징으로 한 조사량 조절장치.
