제2도는 제1도의 방전광원용 전극의 LaB6에 대한 Ba의 첨가량과 방전개시전압의 상대 변화를 나타내는 특성도.

Claims (2)

  1. 회가스를 봉입한 방전용기내에 금속도체가 설치되고, 이 금속도체상에 2차전자방출재료막이 형성된 방전 광원용 전극에 있어서, 상기 금속도체는 1-5㎛의 두께로 형성되고, 또한 상기 2차전자방출재료막은 LaB6에 0.01 내지 20몰(%)의 비율로 Ba를 첨가한 화합물로 형성되고, 그 두께가 0.5-2㎛로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전광원용 전극.
  2. 상기 2차전자방출재료막은 LaB6와, 이 LaB6에 대해 0.01-20몰(5)의 비율의 Ba와, 이 Ba에 대해 0.01-5몰(%)의 비율이 Ca로 이루어지는 화합물에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전광원용 전극.
