후방 또는 전방 창유리를 자동차 차체에 부착하는 방법과 이 방법의 실시를 위한 장치 및 상기 창유리의 밀폐를 위한 몰딩
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 일정의 처리 방법에 따른 시간 함수로서의 경도를 나타내며,
제 2 도는 창유리 장식프로파일 및 차체판 사이에 형성된 공간의 종단면도를, 그리고
제 3 도는 제 2 도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선 다른 단면도를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 창유리(1)가 몰딩(2)에 둘러싸이고, 상기 몰딩은 창유리(1)의 조립후 차체판(3), 흡습경화되는 접착제나 흡습경화되는 밀봉물의 스트링(4) 및 창유리(1)와 함께 특히 외측으로 밀폐된 환상의 둘레공간(5)을 형성하는, 자동차 차체 특히 승용차 및 트럭에 후방 또는 전방 창유리(1)를 부착시키는 방법에 있어서, 접착제 스트링 내지는 밀봉물 스트링(4)을 시행하고 창유리(1)를 맞춘 후에 수증기를 상기 공간(5)내에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 접착제의 시행 및 접착될 부분의 조합후, 또는 밀봉물을 접착제나 밀봉물에 시행한 후에, 30℃이상, 특히 40 내지 180℃의 온도를 갖는 수증기를 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 접착제 내지는 밀봉물에 5초 내지 8분, 특히 15 내지 60초의 시간동안 수증기를 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 접착제 내지는 밀봉물에 1 내지 10바아의 전압에서 수증기를 절대적으로 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 따른 방법의 실시후에 상기 창유리(1)가 상기 몰딩(2)에 의해 둘러싸이며, 상기 몰딩(2)은 상기 창유리(1)의 접착후에 이에 꽂힐 수 있는, 제 1 항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 상기 접착제 스트링(4)을 시행하고 상기 창유리(1)를 맞춘 후 상기 몰딩(2)를 꽂지 않고 수증기를 상기 접착제 스트링(4)에 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 창유리 연부 및 차체판(3)사이의 틈새에 맞추어지고 도관으로 구성되며 상기 틈새에 수증기를 분산하는 노즐을 구비한 구조물을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 5 항에 따른 방법의 실시를 위한 장치.
  7. 적어도 하나의 수증기의 입구(6)및 출구(7)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전방 혹은 후방 창유리(1)를 대응하는 차체판 특히 승용차 및 트럭에 대해 밀봉시키기 위한 몰딩(2), 특히 가요성 몰딩(2).
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 입출구(6,7)가 조립상태에서 보이지 않는 몰딩의 부분에 비치되며, 상기 몰딩(2)이 차체판(3)을 향하는 필렛(8)을 구비하고, 상기 필렛(8)에 의하여 몰딩(2), 차체판(3), 창유리(1) 및 접착제 스트링(4)에 의해 형성되는 환상의 둘레 공간이 입출구(6,7)사이에서 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 필렛(8)이 상기 몰딩(2)의 대향한 단부들에 설치된 두 부분으로 구성되며, 상기 부분들은 조립 상태에서 서로 대면하여 접착시키기 적합한 평면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩.
  10. 자동차의 전방 및 후방창유리의 적층물을 경화시키기 위한, 제1항 내지 제5항에 따른 방법의 용도.
