제1도는 수성 도료를 함유하는 시스템에서 pH와 각종 알카리도 공급원을 사용하는 알칼리도 간의 관계를 보여주며,
제2도는 CIL백색 수성 도료, 알칼리도 공급원으로서의 탄산나트륨 및 알루미늄 염으로서의 알루미늄 클로로하이드레이트를 함유하는 시스템을 위한 최적 작업창(window)를 보여주고,
제3도는 각종 알루미늄 염과 탄산 나트륨 알칼리도 공급원의 적정 곡선을 보여준다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a)순환수의 알칼리도를 탄산칼슘을 기준으로 50 내지 2000의 범위 내로 유지하면서, 순환수의 pH를 약 5.0 내지 9.0으로 유지하고, (b)순환수에 유효량의 알루미늄 염을 가한 다음, (c)단계 (a)를 완료한 후 단계(b)를 완료하기 전 또는 후에 과-분무된 수성 도료를 순화수와 접촉시키고, (d)유효량의 응집제를 단계(a),(b)및 (c)를 완료한 후에 순환수에 가한 다음, (e)생성된 슬러지를 순환수로부터 제거함을 포함하여, 과-분무된 수성 도료를 포착하는데 사용되는 도료 분무 부스시스템의 순화수를 처리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 염이 알루미늄 클로로하이드레이트, 염화알루미늄, 폴리알루미늄 클로라이드 및 이들의 블렌드로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄 염이 폴리알루미늄 클로라이드인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄 염이 블렌드인 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 응집제가 장쇄 폴리아크릴아미드, 음이온성 작용가가 30중량%이하인 아크릴산과 아크릴아미드의 공중합체 및 폴리메타크릴아미드로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 양이온성 고분자전해질이 사용되는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 순환수의 pH가 약 6 내지 약 9로 조정되는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 알칼리도제가 NaOH, KOH, Na2CO3, NaHCO3, 메타규산나트륨, 탄산칼슘, 사붕산나트륨 또는 이들의 블렌드로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 알칼리도제가 NaOH, KOH, Na2CO3, NaHCO3, 메타규산나트륨, 탄산칼슘, 사붕산나트륨 또는 이들의 블렌드로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 염과 고분자 응집제가 동시에 첨가되는 방법.
