제2도는 정상 휜쥐 복강 비만세포에 상백피 추출물 용액을 첨가한 후에 변화가 없음을 보여주는 비만세포의 사진,
제3도는 정상 휜쥐 복강 비만세포에 컴파운드 48/80을 첨가한후의 비만세포의 탈과립 현상을 보여주는 사진.
Claims (5)
- 상백피 추출물을 함유하는 알레르기 질환 예방 및 치료제 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 알레르기 질환이 알르레기성 비염, 알레르기성 결막염, 기관지천식, 음식알레르기, 담마진, 물리적 알레르기 질환, 아토피성 피부염, 과민성폐장염, 접촉성 피부염, 약물 알레르기 질환임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 상백피를 물 또는 저급알콜로 추출하고 물과 유기용매의 혼합용매를 가하여 유기층을 분리제거하고 얻어진 수층을 분리농축하여 상백피 추출물을 분리정제하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 저급알콜이 메탄올이고 유기용매가 에틸아세테이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 유효량의 상백피 추출물을 알레르기 과민성 환자에 투여하여 알레르기 질환을 예방 또는 치료하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
