Claims (4)
- 알칼리 금속 수소화물 및 아연 화합물하에서, 알킬 기의 3위치에 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 치환된 디메틸(2-옥소알킬)포스포네이트와 비시클로락톤 알데히드를 반응 시키는 것을 함유하는 α,β-불포화 케토락톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비시클로락톤 알데히드가 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되고, 디메틸(2-옥소알킬)포스포네이트가 하기 일반식(2)로 표시되는 α,β-불포화 케토락톤의 제조방법.〔식중 A는 히드록시 보호기를 나타내며 B는 단일 결합 또는 -CH2-를 나타낸다.〕〔식중 X1및 X2는 적어도 하나가 할로겐 원자이며, X1및 X2는 각기 수소원자 또는 할로겐 원자는 나타내고; R1은 탄수소 1~4의 알킬기를 나타내며; R2는 측쇄, 이중 결합, 알콕시 기, 페닐 기 또는 펜옥시 기 또는(식중 Y는 단일 결합 또는 원자이고; R3는 수소 또는 할로겐 원자, 또는 알킬 또는 할로겐화 알킬 기를 나타낸다.)를 갖을 수 있는 탄수소 1~10의 알킬기를 나타낸다.〕
- 제2항에 있어서, X1및 X2의 적어도 하나가 불소 원자인 α,β-불포화 케토락톤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, α,β-불포화 케토락톤이 하기 반식(3)으로 표시되는 α,β-불포화 케토락톤의 제조방법.〔식중 A,X1,X2및 R2는 상기와 동일한 의미를 가지며 Z은 =CH-또는 -CH=CH-이다.〕※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
