제2도는 제1도의 불연화, 난연화 벌집형코어를 사용한 벌집형코어 판넬의 분해사시도 및 일부절단사시도.
제3도는 제1도와 제2도에 의해 얻어지는 불연화, 난연화 벌집형코어 판넬의 제조공정을 설명하는 블록도.

Claims (4)

  1. 수산화 알루미늄 그외의 결합수를 갖는 무기물질의 분말체 및/또는 그라스울, 록울을 포함한 난연성을 향상시키는 물질과 셀룰로스 섬유로 제조되는 무기시트를 기재로서 형성한 벌집형코어의 양면에 판상외피를 접합시켜 만들어진 벌집형코어 판넬에 있어서, 상기 벌집형코어에 수산화 알루미늄의 분말체를 함침, 부착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 불연화, 난연화 벌집형코어.
  2. 셀룰로스 섬유만으로 제조되는 시트를 기재로서 형성한 벌집형코어의 양면에 판상회피를 접합시켜 만들어진 벌집형코어 판넬에 있어서, 상기 벌집형코어에 수산화 알루미늄의 분말체를 함침, 부착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 불연화, 난연화 벌집형코어.
  3. 수산화 알루미늄 그외의 결합수를 갖는 무기물질의 분말체 및/또는 그라스울, 록울을 포함한 난연성을 향상시키는 물질과 셀룰로스 섬유로 제조되는 무기시트를 기재로 하여, 그 소정개소에 가지선상으로 접착제를 도포하면서 소요장수를 겹친 후 직사각형으로 절단하고 펼치는 벌집형코어의 제조법에 있어서, 상기 벌집형코어의 기재는 펼침공정에 이를때까지 및/또는 펼침공정후에 수산화 알루미늄의 분말체를 현탁시킨 물유리 수용액에 침지하고 건조하여 벌집형코어에 수산화 알루미늄의 분말체를 함침 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불연화, 난연화 벌집형코어의 제조법.
  4. 셀룰로스 섬유만으로 제조되는 시트기재로 하여 그 소정개소에 가지선상으로 접착제를 도포하면서 소요장수를 겹친 후, 직사각형으로 절단하고 펼치는 벌집형코어의 제조법에 있어서, 상기 벌집형코어의 기재는 펼침공정에 이를때까지 및/또는 펼침공정후에 수산화 알루미늄의 분말체를 현탁시킨 물유리 수용액에 침지하고 건조하여 벌집형코어에 산화 알루미늄의 분말체를 함침, 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불연화, 난연화 벌집형코어의 제조법.
