Claims (12)

  1. 시트 재료를 간헐적으로 이송하는 가이드 롤과, 상기 가이드 롤의 효과적인 간헐적 회전을 위해 롤에 연결된 전기/기계적 수단과, 상기 롤에 의해 제공된 시트 재료를 수용, 유지 및 이송하는데 적용되는 이동가능한 이송 수단과, 프로그램된 운동 및 거리 시켄스에 상호 작용하고 상기 운동을 실행하는 서보 모터를 작동시키는 운동 제어기를 구비하고 있는, 상기 이송 수단의 하류를 배출 구역으로 이동시키고 다시 본래의 위치로 복귀시키는 수단과, 상기 이송 수단이 본래 위치에 있을 때에는 이송 수단으로부터 하류에 위치하고 이송 수단이 배출 위치에 있을때에는 이송 수단위에 위치하고 상기 이송 수단에 의해 이송된 시트 재료를 진공에 의해 수용하고 유지하도록 적용되는 진공판과, 상기 시트 재료의 횡으로 연장하는 접찹제 라인에 의해 발생된 신호를 상기 운동 제어기로 전송시키고 포토셀이 상기 이송 수단의 이동 거리를 한정함으로써 상기 시트 재료상의 예정 접착제 라인을 확인할 때 상기 신호를 한정시키는 포토셀 센서를 구비하고 있는 배출 구역내에 위치하는 포토셀 조립체와, 본래위치에 있는 이송 수단과 진공판의 연결부에 위치한 진공판에 의해 유지될 때 상기 시트 재료를 절단하는 수단 및 진공판으로부터 진공이 제거될 때 등록된 절단 시트를 수용하는 진공판 아래에 위치한 테이블을 포함하며, 상기 운동제어기의 프로그램은 인접한 절단 시트가 서로 관련하여 엇갈린 관계로 평행한 접착제 라인을 통과하게 하는 프로그램을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 재료의 횡으로 연장하는 평행 이격된 접착제 라인을 갖는 시트 재료의 선택된 길이로의 절단 및 적층장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 롤의 상류에 위치한 시트 재료를 이송시키는 공급 롤도 포함하며, 상기 전기/기계적 수단은 상기 공급 롤에 연결된 모터/워엄 기어 감속 유닛인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이송 수단의 유지 성능은 이송 수단상에 위치한 공압 실린더의 그립퍼에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 그립퍼는 상기 이송 수단의 코너에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이송 수단은 본래 위치로부터 가이드 레일상의 배출 위치로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 셀크기 및 시트 길이는 입력 터미널을 통해 상기 운동 제어기에 프로그램되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단 수단은 공기 작동되는 왕복 순환 블레이드 유닛인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포토셀 센서는 반사 광섬유 헤드 조립체인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 이송되어 절단된 시트의 각 엣지를 완전하게 유지시키도록 이송 수단의 상류 단부에 위치하는 엣지 안내 수단도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이블은 상하 방향으로 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 상하 방향의 이동은 상기 테이블에 고정된 랙과 피니언 조립체 및 공압 실린더에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 웨브 재료를 일정한 위치로 간헐적으로 이송하는 단계와, 상기 웨브 재료에 의해 이송된 거리 즉, 웨브재료의 이전 구역으로 이송된 거리보다 큰 거리를 이동한 웨브 재료의 적어도 제2구역을 한적하도록 서보 모터를 작동하는 프로그램된 운동 제어기로 상기 신호를 전송하는 단계와, 상기 웨브 재료를 예정된 칫수의 시트로 횡방향으로 절단하는 단계와, 상기 절단 웨브를 일정한 위치에서 해제하는 단계 및, 접착제 라인의 모두 두개의 인접시트가 서로 관련하여 엇갈린 관계로 되도록 상기 절단 시트를 동일한 칫수의 더미로 겹쳐놓는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 증가된 거리는 어떤 두개의평행한 접착제 라인 사이 거리의 l일부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 재료의 횡으로 연장하는 평행 이격된 접착제 라인을 갖는 시트 재료 웨브로부터 예정된 동일 칫수로 절단한 시트 더미 제조방법.
