Claims (12)

  1. 프레임내 부호화 데이터 및 프레임간 부호화 데이터가 기록되고, 이 기록된 부호화 데이터가 재생 및 복호화되는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치에 있어서, 프레임내 부호화 데이터 및 프레임간 부호화 데이터가 시분할 다중된 부호화 데이터를 공급받고, 이것을 기록 매체에 기록하는 기록수단(62,75)과, 기록 매체를 트레이스하고 기록된 데이터를 재생하며 이 재생된 데이터를 출력하는 재생 수단(84)과, 재생된 데이터의 유효성을 판정하는 판정수단(95)과, 상기 판정수단(95)의 판정결과에 따라 기록 매체의 구동을 제어하고 상기 재생 수단(84)의 트레이스를 제어함으로써 상기 재생된 데이터의 유효량을 증대시키는 재생 제어수단(96,97,98,99)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
  2. 프레임내 부호화 데이터 및 프레임간 부호화 데이터가 기록되고, 이 기록된 부호화 데이터가 재생 및 복호화되는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치에 있어서, 프레임내 부호화 데이터 및 프레임간 부호화 데이터가 시분할 다중된 부호화 데이터를 공급받고, 이 부호화 데이터를 저역 성분 및 고역 성분으로 분리하는 분리수단(119,122,147)과, 기록 매체를 트레이스하고 기록된 데이터를 재생하며 이 재생된 데이터를 출력하는 재생수단(148,149)과, 상기 재생된 데이터의 유효량을 증대시키기 위하여 상기 재생수단(148,149)의 특정 재생 시간에서의 트레이스에 따라 저역 성분의 배치를 결정하는 기록수단(127,128)을 귀하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
  3. 프레임내 부호화 데이터 및 프레임간 부호화 데이터가 기록되고, 이 기록된 부호화 데이터가 재생 및 디코드되는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치에 있어서, 프레임내 부호화 데이터 및 프로임내 부호화 데이터가 시분할 다중된 부호화 데이터를 공급받고 프레임내 부호화 데이터임을 나타낸 플래그를 추가로 갖는 프레임내 부호화 데이터를 출력하는 기록 신호 배치수단(62)과, 부호화 데이터를 기록하는 기록 매체로부터의 재생 데이터와 함께 상기 플래그를 검출하는 플래그 검출수단(94)과, 상기 플래그 검출수단(94)의 출력에 따라 프레임내 복호화 처리 또는 프레임간 복호화 처리를 교체시킴으로써 기록 매체로부터의 재생된 데이터를 복호화하는 복호화수단(84)과, 상기 플래그 검출수단(94)의 출력으로부터 프레임내 부호화 데이터의 기록 매체에서 기록 위치를 추정하는 기록위치 추정 수단(95)과, 배속수의 데이터에 따른 기간에 상기 복호화 수단(84)의 출력을 출력하는 출력수단(92,103)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
  4. 프레임내 부호화 데이터 및 프레임간 부호화 데이터가 기록되고, 이 기록된 부호화 데이터가 재생 및 복호화되는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치에 있어서, 1화면내의 소정의 블록을 주파수 변환하여 부호화하는 부호화 수단(112,117)과, 상기 부호화 수단(112,117)으로부터의 변환 계수의 저역성분을 가변장 부호화하는 저역성분 부호화수단(119,121)과, 상기 부호화 수단(112,117)으로부터의 변환계수의 고역 성분을 가변장 부호화하는 고역성분 부호화수단(120,122)과, 상기 저역 성분 부호화 수단 및 고역성분 부호화 수단의 다중 출력을 각 동기 신호의 동기 블록 단위로 출력하고 이 동기 블록의 소정의 위치배열에 따라 상기 저역 성분 부호화 수단의 출력을 출력하는 기록 신호 배치수단(127,128)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생장치.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 기록 신호 배치 수단(127,128)은 소정의 블록수를 나타내는 IDF 번호를 상기 동기 블록에 가하고, 이 ID번호에 대한 소정의 위치에 상기 저역 성분 부호화 수단(119,121)의 출력을 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
  6. 제 4항 및 제 5항에 있어서, 기록 매체의 1기록 트랙에 기록되는 동기 블록의 수, 1화면을 형성하는 소정블록의 수 및 1화상의 데이터를 기록하는 트랙의 수에 따라서, 상기 기록 신호 배치수단(127,128)은 동기 블록내에 기록되는 저역 성분 부호화 수단(119,121)의 출력 블록의 수를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
  7. 프레임내 부호화 데이터 및 프레임간 부호화 데이터가 재생 및 복호화되는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치에 있어서, 1화면내의 소정의 블록을 주파수 변환하여 부호화하는 부호화 수단(112,117)과, 상기 부호화 수단(112,117)으로부터의 변환 계수의 저역성분에 대하여 소정의 부호화를 행하는 저역성분 부호화수단(119,121)과, 상기 부호화 수단(112,117)으로부터의 변환계수의 고역 성분에 대하여 소정의 부호화를 행하는 고역 성분 부호화수단(120,122)과, 상기 저역 성분 및 고역 성분 부호화 수단의 출력을 다중하여 동기 신호마다 싱크 블록단위로 출력하고, 또 상기 저역성분 부호화 수단의 출력을 상기 싱크 블록의 소정위치에 배열하여 출력하는 기록 신호 배치수단(127,128)과, 이 기록 신호 배치수단(127,128)의 출력을 소정의 기록 매체의 트랙상에 상기 싱크 블록이 일정간격으로 배열되도록 기록하는 기록수단(77)과, 상기 기록 매체에 기록된 데이터를 소정 배속수로 재생하고 재생 데이터를 출력하는 재생 수단과, 상기 재생 데이터가 부여되어 상기 싱크 블록마다 동기 신호를 검출하는 동기 검출수단(143)과, 상기 재생 데이터에 포함된 고역 성분인 데이터를 복호하는 고역복호수단(151)과, 상기 재생 데이터에 포함되는 저역 성분인 데이터를 복호하는 저역 복호수단(150)과, 상기 동기 검출수단(143)의 출력에 의하여 상기 저역 복호수단의 출력순서를 변경하여 출력하는 출력순서 변환수단(152,153)과, 상기 고역 복호수단(151)의 출력과 상기 출력순서 변환수단(152,153)의 출력을 역주파수 변환하여 복호함으로써 화면을 재현하는 복호수단(151~158)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 재생수단(77)은 재생시에 1화면 및 배속수를 기록하기 위한 트랙에 대한 수의 최대 공통 분할자를 단지 1로서 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
  9. 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 복호수단(156~158)은 상기 재생수단(77)에 의해 고속 재생이 이루어지는 경우에 상기 출력 순서 변환수단(152,153)으로부터 단지 저역성분만을 사용함으로써 재생 화면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
  10. 제 7항, 제 8항 또는 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 저역 복호수단(150)은 1화면내의 소정의 블록데이타에 대한 고역성분의 처리와는 다른 부호화 처리를 행함으로써 부호화된 저역 성분의 데이터를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
  11. 프레임내 부호화 데이터 및 프레임간 부호화 데이터가 기록되고, 이 기록된 부호화 데이터가 재생 및 복호화되는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치에 있어서, 1화면내의 소정의 블록을 주파수 변환하여 부호화하는 부호화 수단(112,117)과, 이 부호화 수단(112,117)으로부터 변환 계수의 저역성분에 대하여 소정의 부호화를 행하는 저역 성분 부호화수단(119,121)과, 상기 부호화 수단(112,117)으로부터의 변환계수의 고역 성분에 대하여 소정의 부호화를 행하는 고역성분 부호화수단(120,122)과, 상기 저역 성분 부호화 수단(119,121)의 출력을 차분하는 차분 부화화 수단(174)과, 이 차분 부호화 수단(174)의 출력 또는 상기 저역 성분 부호화 수단(119,121)의 출력을 전환 선택하여 상기 고역 성분 부호화 수단(120,122)의 출력과 함께 소정의 기록 매체에 기록하는 기록수단(172,173)과, 상기 기록 매체에 기록된 데이터를 소정 배속수를 재생하여 재생 데이터를 출력하는 재생 수단(178)과, 이 재생 수단(178)의 고속 재생시의 배속수에 의한 소정 타이밍에서 상기 저역 성분 부호화 수단(119,121)의 출력을 상기 기록 수단(172,173)으로 선택시키고 이와 다른 타이밍에서는 상기 차분 부호화 수단(174)의 출력을 선택시키는 선택 지시 수단(182)과, 상기 재생 데이터에 포함되는 고역 성분을 복호하는 고역 성분 복호 수단(184)과, 상기 재생 데이터에 차분 부호화된 저역성분의 데이터인가의 여부를 검출하는 검출 수단(181)과, 이 검출수단(181)의 출력에 의하여 상기 재생 데이터에 포함되는 차분 부호화된 저역 성분을 복호하는 차분 복호수단(180)과, 상기 검출수단(181)의 출력에 의하여 상기 재생 데이터에 포함되는 차분 부호화되어 있지 않은 저역 성분을 복호하는 저역성분 복호수단(183)과, 상기 재생 수단(178)의 고속 재생시에 상기 기록 매체 상의 트랙을 횡단하여 트레이스하는 타이밍을 검출함으로써 검출펄스를 출력하는 트랙횡단 검출수단(179)과, 상기 검출 펄스의 타이밍인 상기 검출 수단의 출력에 의하여 최적 트레이스 위치를 구하여 상기 배속수의 데이터에 따라서 상기 재생수단(178)의 트래킹을 정비하는 트래킹 제어수단(186)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 선택 지시수단(182)은 상기 기록수단(178)으로 하여음 트랙 개시 종료점의 트래킹 타이밍에 있어서 다른 타이밍 보다 수배로 상기 저역 성분 부호화 수단(183)의 출력을 선택하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 기록 재생 장치.
