제3도는 송이버섯에 봉투를 씌운 개략도이다.
Claims (2)
- 송이버섯을 물 및 공기를 통과시키지 않는 봉지에 넣고 봉지의 내부의 공기를 탈기한 밀봉시킨다음 용기의 내벽에 닿지안도록 넣고 용기에 물을 채운다음 급속냉동시켜서 0℃이하의 온도에서 보존함을 특징으로 하는 송이 버섯의 장기보존 방법.
- 송이버섯을 물 및 공기를 통과시키지않는 봉지에 넣고 봉지내부를 탈기한 후 밀봉시킨다음 용기의 내벽에 닿지 않도록 넣고 용기에 물을 채운다음 급속냉동 시킨 장기보존용 송이버섯.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
