- 라이소자임, 알라닌, L-시스틴 및(또는) 푸마르산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 보존제.
- 라이소자임과 알라닌을 함유시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 보존방법.
