제2도 및 제3도는 동 실시예의 동작을 설명하기 위한 구성요소의 신호구성도.
제4도는 본 발명의실시예에 있어서의 복호기에 의해 부호화된 데이터를 원래의 화상으로 복귀시키는 부호기의 구성을 도시한 도면.

Claims (1)

  1. 화면의 중앙부분에 대응하는 4:3의 종횡비를 가지는 기본화면과 기본화면이외의 부가화면에 화상 A를 분할하는 수단과, 화상(A)가 입력될때에 기본화면에 있는 직교변환블록(m)의 소정개수의 부호화데이터량과 부가 화면에 있는 직교변환블록(n)의 소정개수의 부호화 데이터량의 합계가 소정데이터량(X)의 범위내에 있도록 코우드화하고, 화상(B)가 입력될때에 화상(A)의 기본화면의 직교변환블록(m)의 소정개수와 동일한 직교변환블록의 개수를 가지는 코우드화 데이터량의 소정데이터량(X)와 동일한 데이터량내에 있도록 코우드화하는 제어수단과, 제어수단에 따라서 화상(A) 또는 화상 (B)의 직교변환 데이터를 코우드화하는 코우드수단으로 구성되어 있고, 화면종횡비가 4:3보다 큰 화상(A)와 화면종횡비가 4:3이 되는 화상(B)를 선택적으로 수신하고 직교변환에 의하여 수신된 화상을 블록화하여 부호화할수 있는 화상 신호부호기.
