제1도는 본 발명에 따라 제어될 수 있는 액정 전지의 단면을 나타낸 것이다, 제2도는 제1도의 액정전지의 등가 전지회로의 구조를 나타낸 것이다, 제3도는 본 발명의 광 구조를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (8)
- 흡부계수 조절형 광학장치에 있어서, 그 구성이 두개의 전극 사이에 배치된 광학 활성물질을 가지는 광전지로 구성되며 광학 활성 물질의 투명도는 전극사이에 작용되는 전기 볼테이지(VCL)의 기능을 하며, 두전극에는 전기적으로 제어회로가 연결되고, 광학적 활성물질을 두전극 사이에 작용하는 시그날의 주파수에 따라 전기적임 피던스가 달리지고, 제어회로는 볼테이지 소스와 볼테이지 소스에 의해 전달되는 시그날의 주파수를 제어하는 제어장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수계수 조절형 광학장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전지는 두가지 광학적 상태를 가지며, 전지의 전환은 한계전압 Vthr에서 일어나고 제어회로는 제1주파수 시그날을 전지에 전달하여 전지를 한상태로 전환시키고, 젠2주파수 시그날 f2를 전달하여 전지를 다른상태로 전환시키도록 고안된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수계수 조절용 광학장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어회로는 주파수를 가진 시그날은 단계별로 또는 연속적으로 전지의 두 상반된 상태에 해당하는 두극단 주파수 전달하도록 고안된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 볼테이지 소스가 볼테이지 조절형 발진기인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제어회로는 입사광(Rinc)을 감지하는 장치로 구성되고, 이 감지장치에 의해 전달된 시그날의 볼테이지 조절형 발진기를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제어회로는 주위광(Ramb)을 감지하는 장치로 구성되며, 이 감지장치에 의해 전달된 시그날이 볼테이지 조절형 발진기를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기가 거울인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
