Claims (4)

  1. 20내지 70°C의 온도에서 효과적인 양의 수소화물로 테트라히드로 아제틴을 또한 함유하는 혼합물을 처리하여 테트라히드로아제핀을 헥사메틸렌이민 및Ⅳ-(5-시아노펜틸)-1.6-헥사메틸렌디아민으로 전환시키고 나서, 액200°C보다 낮은 도가니 온도에서 6-아미노카프로니트릴을 증류시키는 것으로 구성되는 테트라히드로아제핀을 또한 함유하는 혼합물로 부터 6-아미노카프로니트릴을 분리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수소화물이 붕수소화 나트륨, 시아노붕수소화 나트륨, 붕수소화리튬, 아닐린 붕수소화 나트륨, 리튬 트리-터트부록시 알루미늄 수소화물, 및 나트륨 디-메톡시에톡시 알루미늄 수화물로 구성되는 부류로부터 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 물이 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 약 6중량%이하의 양으로 혼합물에 존재하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수소화물의 양이 적어도 테트라히드로아제핀의 양과 화학양론적으로 동등하고, 증류하는 동안에 도가니 온도가 165°C보다 낮은 방법.
