Claims (2)
- 차양커버(1)를 구성함에 있어서, 방수처리된 직물지 타프타(2) 상면에 직경이 약 3-5미크론 정도의 중공구체 실리콘 분말과 티티니움 디옥사이드 및 수용성 아크릴 계수지 혼합물의 코팅액(4)을 코팅시켜 차양층(11)을 코팅 성형하여 구성함을 특징으로한 차량용 차양커버.
- 이송되는 직물지 인타프타(2) 상면에 1차 노즐(3)에서 코팅액(4)을 안개분무식 저압분사하여 1차 코팅층(5)을 형성하고 이를 약 80-90의 1차 건조터널(6)에서 약 5시간 이상 건조시킨다음 2차 분사노즐(7)에서 코팅액(4) 안개부문식으로 분사하여 2차 코팅층(8)을 형성한 후 이를 압압 룰러(9)(9')로서 클리어런스가 약 0.8미리 정도되도록 룰러코팅 한 후 2차 건조터널(10)에 다시 5시간 이상 건조시켜 완전히 굳혀 타프타(2) 상면에 차양층(11)을 형성하는 방법을 특징으로한 차량용 차양 커버 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
