Claims (5)

  1. 기능식품의 제조방법에 있어서, 공지의 기능 식품 성분에 구취제거기능부여 성분으로 홍삼 또는 인삼추출물과 박하, 허브, 정향 중 1개 또는 2이상의 생약추출물을 배합시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 구취제거용 기능성식품의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전체 원료량에 대해 구취제거 기능성분으로 홍삼정을 함수율 36% 기준 0.5∼1.5중량%, 정향추출물을 0.1∼0.2중량% 조합시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 구취제거용 드링크게 기능식품의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전체원료량에 대해 구취제거 기능성분으로 홍삼 정분을 함수율 36% 기준 6.0∼12.0중량%, 박하추출물을0.1∼0.3중량% 조합시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 구취제거용 인삼정제류 기능식품의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전체원료량에 대해 구취제거기능성분으로 홍삼정을 함수율 36% 기준 1.0∼2.5중량%, 허브추출물을 0.3∼0.4중량%, 정향 추출물을 0.01∼0.02중량% 조합시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 구취제거용 인삼캔디류 기능식품의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전체원료량에 대해 구취제거기능성분으로 홍삼정을 함수율 36% 기준 1.0∼1.5중량%, 허브추출물 0.1∼0.3중량%, 정향 추출물 0.1∼0.3중량%를 조합시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 구취제거용 인삼껌류의 제조방법.
