Claims (5)
- 모든 화소의 영상정보를 분리하여 독출할 수 있는 고체촬상기와, 2개의 화소또는 컬러필터가 종방향 및 횡방향으로 반복 형성되는 기본격자를 가지며, 동일한 스펙트럼감도특성을 갖는 2개의 화소 또는 컬러필터가 이 단위격자내에 형성되는 컬러어레이패턴을 가지고, 상기 고체촬상기에 배설된 컬러필터어레이를 구비한 싱글칩 컬러카메라용 크로마신호처리회로에 있어서, 2개의 원색신호와 2종류로 된 하나의 원색신호를 생성하기 위해 상기 고체촬상기의 출력신호로부터 얻어지는 상기 단위격자의 4화소의 각 크로마신호중, 소정의 비율로 동일한 스텍트럼감도특성을 갖는 2화소의 각 크로마신호를 가산함으로써 형성되는 제1크로마신호와, 그외의 제2 및 제3크로마신호를 처리하는 제1산출수단과, 2개의 색차신호를 생성하기 위해 상기 각 제2개의 원색신호와, 상기 2종류로 된 하나의 원색신호를 처리하는 제2산출수단과, 종방향공간주파수에서 생성된 샘프링캐리어레벨이 상기 2개의 색차신호에서 최소로 되도록 상기 소정의 비율을 제어하는 제어수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 싱글칩 컬러카메라용 크로마신호 처리신호.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3크로마신호는 각각 Ye신호 Mg신호 및 Cy신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 싱글칩 컬러카메라용 크로마신호 처리회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 원색신호는 RR신호와, BB신호이고, 상기 2종류로 된 하나의 원색신호는 GR신호와 GB신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 싱글칩 컬러카메라용 크로마신호처리회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 색차신호는 각각 (R - Y)신호와, (B - Y)신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 싱글칩 컬러카메라용 크로마신호처리회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 광원의 색온도변화에 응답하여 상기 비율을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 싱글칩 컬러카메라용 크로마신호처리회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
