제1도는 본원 발명에 의한 고체촬상장치의 개략구성도, 제2도는 색필터의 배열의 일예를 도시한 코딩패턴도,제3도는 본원 발명에 의한 수직전송의 동작을 설명하기 위한 모식도이며, (A)는 제1필드의 경우, (B)는 제2필드의 경우를 각각 도시하고 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 수평 및 수직방향으로 화소단위로 2차원적으로 배열된 복수개의 감광부와, 이들 감광부로 부터 독출되는 신호전화를 수직열마다 수직방향으로 전송하는 수직전송부와, 상기 수직전송부에 의해 전송된 2라인분의 신호전하를 동시에 수평방향으로 전송하는 수평전송부를 구비하는 고체촬상장치에 있어서, 제1필드에서는 상기 감광부로부터 신호전하가 독출된 직후에 상기 수직전송부를 2단씩 전송구동하고, 제2필드에서는 상기 감광부로 부터의 신호전하의 독출직전에 먼저 상기 수직전송부를 1단만 전송구동하고, 신호전하의 독출직후에 다시 1단만 전송구동하고, 그 후 2단씩 전송구동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 촬상장치.
