Abstract
4개의 메모리에 합계 4프레임의 화상 데이터를 기억하여, 이 4개의 메모리로부터의 화상 데이터를 차례로 송신하도록 하므로서, 영상 권고 H.261의 CIF 화상의 해상도의 2배의 해상도의 정지화 사황 데이터를 송신할 수 있도록 한다.
영상 권고 H.261에 준거한 정지 화상의 전송에 있어서, 전송용 프레임의 4배의 프레임이 준비되어, 제 1내지 제 4의 프레임 메모리(27a 내지 27d)에 제 1 내지 제 4도의 화소가 각각 기억되도록 하여, 영상 권고 H.261의 CIF 정지 화상의화소 수의 4배의 화소 수를 갖는 정지 화상을 얻을 수 있도록 한다.

Claims (2)
- 지정된 동화상 전송 방식에서의 정지 화상의 전송에 있어서, 전송용 프레임의 N배(N은 정수)의 프레임이 준비되어, 정지화상 전송의 지령에 의거해서 제1의 프레임 메모리에 제1의 화소가 기억되고, 제2의 프레임 메모리에 제2의 화소가 기억되고, ……, 제N-1의 프레임에 제N-1의 화소가 기억되고, 제N의 프레임에 제N의 화소가 기억되도록 하여, 상기 지정된 동화상 전송방식에 있어서 정지 화상의 정수배의 화소 수를 갖는 정지 화상을 얻도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 전송 장치.
- 지정된 동화상 전송 방식에서의 정지 화상의 전송에 있어서, 전송용 프레임의 N배(N은 정수)의 프레임에 준비되어, 정지화상 전송의 지령에 의거해서 제1의 프레임 메모리에 제1의 화소가 기억되고, 제2의 프레임 메모리에 제2의 화소가 기억되고, ……, 제N-1의 프레임에 제N-1의 화소가 기억되고, 제N의 프레임에 제N의 화소가 기억되도록 하여, 상기 지정된 동화상 전송 방식에 있어서 정지 화상의 화소 수의 정수배의 화소 수를 갖는 정지 화상을 수신하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 수신 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
