제1도는 본 발명 액튜에이터의 한 형태를 포함하는 차량 디스크 브레이크의 부분적인 평면 단면도, 제2도는 캐리어 부재를 제외하고 제1도의 B-B선을 따른 정면도, 제3도는 본 발명 액튜에이터의 부분을 형성하는 구성요소의 확대 사시도.

Claims (11)

  1. 자동 조절기를 각각 합체화한 복수개의 선형 힘 전달용 조립체를 포함하고, 양측 조립체를 작동시키는 단링의 힘 입력 부재를 경유하여 작용하는 단일의힘-적용 레버에 의해 주 동력원으로부터 작동되는 브레이크 액튜에이터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단일의 입력 부재는 평형 비임의 형태이며 이것의 이격된 부분은 각기 힘 전달 조립체를 작동시키고, 상기 레버는 상기 이격된 부분들 사이에 배치된 위치에서 입력 부재상에 작용하는 액튜에이터.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,단일의 입력 부재는 개별적인 슬립퍼 장치를 경유하여 이것과 미끄럼 접촉을 하면서 조립체상에 작용하는 액류에이터.
  4. 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 힘-적용 레버는 캠을 경유하여 입력 부재상에 작용하는 액류에이터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 캠은 레버에 부착되며 레버의 회전이 입력부재의 선형 자동 운동을 일으키도록 입력 부재내에 형성된 개구내에서 회전하는 액튜에이터.
  6. 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 캠은 이것의 각각의 측부에 각기 배치된 트러넌(trunnidn)에 고정되고, 고정된 구조에 해 유지되는 베어링내에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 액튜에이터.
  7. 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 조절기는 나사로 상호 연계된 한쌍의 조절기 부재를 포함하고, 각각의 조절기내에 있는 이들중 하나는 조절기 하우징의 한 단부에 근접 배치된 해제 가능 수단의 의해 정상적인 조절기 작동을 위해 회전에 대해 고정되며, 상기 수단의 해제는 조절기가 뒤로 감기는 것을 허용하는 회전을 위해 상기 하나의 부재를 자유롭게 하는 액튜에이터.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조절기 부재중 하나는, 조절기 부재의 회전을 정상적으로 방지하며 하우징에 해제 가능 수단 및 단일의 입력 부재와 연계되도록 액튜에터 하우징으로부터 돌출한 액튜에이터.
  9. 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액튜에이터는 서비스 브레이크용의 유체역학적으로 작동되는 피스톤을 합체화한 액튜에이터.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 보조 피스톤은 서비스 브레이크 피스톤내에 장착되며 서비스 브레이크 피스톤의 변적보다 작은 면적에 걸쳐 유압을 받고, 그 배치는, 미리 결정된 브레이크 압력에서 보조 피스톤상에 발생된 힘은 충분하며 조절기 부재 사이의 상대적인 운동을 정상적으로 방지하는 수단을 극보하도록 배향되고, 따라서 조절기가 작동되지 않게됨으로써 부하에 무감각하게 되는 액튜에이터.
  11. 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 보조 피스톤 및 근접한 조절기 부재에는 보조 피스톤을 내측으로 밀어냄으로써 연계될 수 있는 개별적인 형상이 제공되며, 보조 피스톤은 조절기를 뒤로 감도록 연계된 상기 형상과 함께 회전할 수 있게 하는 공구에 의해 연계되도록 적용된 액튜에이터.
