Claims (11)
- 에스테르화 또는 트란스에스테르화 촉매의 존재하에서, 적어도 하나의 방향족 이산(aromatic diacid)의 디알킬에스테르와 적어도 하나의 폴리카르보네이트 및/또는 방향족 디알킬디카르보네이트를 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 방향족 폴리에스테르류의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 진공상태하에서, 첫번째 단계는 200~300℃에서 수행되며, 두번째 단계는 280~350℃에서 수행되는 두단계로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리카르보네이트가 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)인 방법.〔식중, z 및 y는 1~500범위일 수 있고, (ry+rz)가 500보다 적으면r은 0 보다 큰 정수이고, D1및 D2는 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, 디페놀의 방향족 라디칼을 나타낸다.〕
- 제2항 또는 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 디알킬디카르보네이트가 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)인 방법 :〔식중, D는 디페놀의 방향족 라디칼을 나타내고 A는 C1~C4알킬이다.〕
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 페놀라디칼 D,D1또는 D2가 오르토-, 메타-, 파라-페닐렌, 디페닐렌, 2,6-나프탈렌, 2,8-나프탈렌, 1,5-나프탈렌, 1,4-나프탈렌,〔각각의 X는 서로 독립적으로 F, Cl, Br 등의 할로겐이거나 C1~C6알킬일 수 있고; p는 0 또는 1~4의 정수이고, R은 하기식이다.(식중, R1, R2는 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, H 또는 C1~C4알킬일수 있고, q는 1~6 범위의 값을 가질 수 있다)〕으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, D, D1또는 D2가 비스페놀-A인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 이산의 디알킬 에스테르가 하기 일반식 (Ⅲ)을 갖는 디알킬디카르복실레이트인 방법.〔식중, A는 C1~C4알킬이고, B는 메타-오르토-또는 파라-페닐렌2,6-나프탈렌,2,8-나프탈렌 1,5-나프탈렌, 1,4-나프탈렌 옥시디페닐렌 및 디페닐렌으로 부터 선택된다.〕
- 제7항에 있어서, 디알킬디카르복실레이트가 이소-또는 테레프탈산 유도체인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에스테르화 또는 트란스에스테르화 촉매가 Ti 또는 Zr 테트라알콕시드로부터 선택된 것으로, 바람직하게는 티타늄 테트라이소프로폭시드 또는 테트라-n-부톡시드이며, 폴리카르보네이트 및/또는 방향족 디알킬디카르보네이트를 기준으로 계산하여 0.1~5.0 중량% 범위의 양인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 이산디알킬 에스테르가 폴리카르보네이트 및/또는 방향족 디알킬디카르보네이트의 화학량론적양에 대하여 최고 100% 바람직하게는 10%~50%로 과량으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 방법에 의해 수득되는 하기 일반식을 갖는 방향족 폴리에스테르.〔식중, m은 50~500 범위이고, D는 디페놀의 방향족 라디칼이고, B는 메타-, 오르토-, 또는 파라-페닐렌, 2,6-나프탈렌, 2,8-나프탈렌, 1,5-나프탈렌, 1,4-나프탈렌, 옥시디페닐렌 및 디페닐렌으로 부터 선택된다.〕※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
