비스테로이드성 항염증제로서의 피라졸 유도체 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 LON,LCA 및 LAA의 UV흡광 스펙트럼이다. 제2도는 LON 및 LAA의 IR흡광 스펙트럼이다. 제3도는 DMSO내에서의 로나졸락의 1H-NMR 스펙트럼이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 3-(4-클로로페닐)-1-페닐-1H-피라졸-4-아세트산과 벤질-2-할로아세테이트를 유기용매내에서 알카리촉매제를 사용하여 합성된 벤질 로나졸락 아세테이트를 팔라듐/탄소촉매하에서 수소환원시킴으로써 생성된 로나졸락 아세트산 에스테르.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벤질-2-할로 아세테이트가 벤질 2 클로로 아세테이트, 벤질 2-브로모 아세테이트 및 벤질 2 요드 아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 로나졸락 아세트산 에스테르.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 디메틸포름아미드, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 아세토니트릴, 피리딘, 클로로포름, 테트라히드로튜란 및 에틸아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 로나졸락 아세트산 에스테르.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알카리촉매제가 수산화칼륨, 수산화나트륨, 탄산나트륨, 탄산칼슘, 트리에틸아민, 트리에탄올아민, 이소프로필아민 및 디에틸아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 로나졸락 아세트산 에스테르.
  5. 3-(4-클로로페닐)-1-페닐-1H-피라졸-4-아세트산과 벤질-2-할로 아세테이트를 유기용매내에서 알카리 촉매제를 사용하여 벤질 로나졸락 아세테이트를 합성하는 단계, 및 상기 재결정된 벤질 로나졸락 아세테이트에 유기용매와 팔마듐/탄소촉매를 가한 다음 수소환원반응기에서 환원반응시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 로나졸락 아세트산 에스테르의 제조방법.
