제1도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 완충장치의 일부 종단 정면도이다. 제2도는 유저통체(有底筒體)의 사시도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 실린더내를 로드측실 및 피스톤측실로 나누어 간격을 이루는 감쇠력 발생기구가 붙은 피스톤과; 그 피스톤 부착되어 상기 실린더 내외로 출입되는 로드와; 상기 실린더의 피스톤 측실의 개구단에 설치된 베이스 밸브와; 그리고 상기 실린더의외측을 둘러싸 저장실을 형성하고 또한 전장에 걸쳐 일정한 두께로 된 외통과, 상기 외통의 하단부 외주를 지지하는 너클브래킷과, 그리고 상기 외통의 하단부 내주에 상기 박육의 외통과 협동는 소정의 축방향 길이의 원통부를 가지는 유저통체가 삽입되어 상기 외통 및 너클 브래킷과 함께 용접되는 외통구조를 구비한 완충장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 외통 하단부의 최대 굽힘 모멘트 하중 발생부가 일정한 두께의 박육파이프에 끼워 맞춰져 소정의 축방향길이를 가지는 원통부와의 2중 파이프 구조로 형성되는 완충장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유저통체는 그 원통부가 외통의 하단부 내주에 끼워 맞추어 지고 저부가 실린더 하단의 하부캡으로서 사용되는 완충장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 너클 브래캣의 하단부 내주와, 외통의 하단과, 그리고 유저통체의 저부외주가 용접으로 결합되어 있는완충장치.
