Claims (18)

  1. 정보의 입력에 따라서 유기 용매로 국부적으로 처리될 때 정보가 기록층의 처리 영역에서 생성되거나 또는 저장되도록 흠수 스펙트럼 및/또는 광도전성을 변화시킬 수 있는 유기 기록층에 정보를 저장하는 방법에 있어서, 유기 용매가 실온에서 고체이고 기록층에 존재하며 또 이 용매는 정보의 입력에 따라 레이저 비임의 작용에 의해 중착되거나 또는 용융되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 기록층에 정보를 저정하는 방법.
  2. 정보의 입력에 따라서 유기 용매로 국부적으로 처리될 때 흉수 스펙트럼 및/또는 광도전성을 변화시킬 수 있는 유기 기록층에 정보를 저장하는 방법에 있어서, 유기 용맥 기록층에 존재하는 고체 유기 전구체의 광화학적 및/또는 열분해에 의해 형성되고 이 분해는 정보의 입혁에 따라서 레이저 비임의 작용에 의해 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록층에 정보를 저장하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기록층이 퀴나크리돈,디티오퀴나크이돈, 퀴나크리돈퀴논, 프탈로시아닌, 디케토-, 모노케토모노티오케토-또는 티티오케토피롤피롤을 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 퀴나크리돈 또는 디티오퀴나크리돈 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 화합물인 방법:
    상기식에서, a및 b는 -H, -F,-Cl,-Br,-CH 또는 -OCH3이고, 또 Z는 O 또는 S임.
  5. 제4항에 잇어서, 일반식(Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ)중에서 a및 b가 -H이고 또 Z는 S인 방법
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 이케토-, 모노케토모노티오케토- 또는 디티오케토피롤피롤이 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물인 방법 :
    상기식에서, Z1및 Z2는 서로 독립해서 O또는 S이고, 또 C및 d는 서로 독립해서 -H, -Cl, -Br, -Ch3, -OCH3, -N(CH3)2, -SC6H5또는 -S-C1-C12알컬임
  7. 제6항에 있어서, Z1및 Z2가 S인방법
  8. 제6항에 있어서, Z1및 Z2가 S이고 또 c 및 d가 -H인 방법
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지지체 또는 기판에 차례로 도포된 얇은 광-반사 금속층에 기록층이 도포되는 방법.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전극인 투명 전도성층이 먼저 도포된 다음 기록층 및 얇은 전도성 금속 층이 도포된 투명 지지체 또는 기판이 사용된 방법.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 용매 또는 유기 전구체가 기록층내에서 개별 층을 형성하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,지지체 도는 기판에 차례로 도포된 얇은 급속층이 도포되거나, 또는 개별층을 직접적으로 지지체 또는 기판에 도포하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 말론산, N-페닐우레아 및 바람직하게는 디벤질 술폭사이드로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되는 방법.
  14. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용매 처리에 의해 유도된 흠수 스펙트럼에서의 변화 및 기록된 정보가 마이크로 검출기에 의해 판독되는 방법.
  15. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용매 처리에 의해 유도된 광도전성이 변화가 내장 전극 시스템에 의해 조절되는 방법.
  16. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 정보를 함유하는 기록층이 광수용체 패턴으로 사용되는 방법.
  17. 기판 및 제1항 또는 제2항에서 청구된 기록층으로 구성된 광학 기록 매체.
  18. 제1항 또는 제2항에서 청구된 방법에 의해 수득할 수 있는 전자 정보를 함유하는 기록 재료.
