Claims (6)
- 투명기판과, 이 투명기판상에 형성된 유기염료 박막을 포함하며, 상기 유기 염료박막은 유기염료와 이 유기염료를 용해시킬 수 있는 지범이 200℃이상인 액상 유기화합물을 함유하는 것이 특징인 광기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 유기화합물의 비점이 300℃이상인 것이 특징인 광기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기염료가 프탈로시아닌 염료 또는 나프탈로시아닌 염료인 것이 특징인 광기록매체.
- 유기염료의 유기염료용액을 투명기판에 도포하여 상기 투명기판상에 유기염료 박막을 형성하므로써 행하는 광기록매체 제조방법에서, 상기 유기 염료용액은 상기 유기염료를 용해시킬 수 있는 비점이 200℃이상인 액상 유기화합물을 포함하는 것이 특징인 광기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에서 상기 액상 유기화합물의 비점이 300℃이상인 것이 특징인 광기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에서 상기 유기염료가 프탈로시아닌 염료 또는 나프탈로시아닌 염료인 것이 특징인 광기록매체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
