Claims (5)

  1. 단사섬도가 3 데니어 이상인 고배향 미연신 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트사가 심사(A)로 되어 있으며, 그 외층을 단사섬도가 2.5데니어 이하이고 표면에 미세한 요철을 가진 폴리에스터 멀티 필라멘트 연신사로 된 외층사(B)와 최외층에 주로 많이 배열되어 있는 단사섬도가 0.6데니어 이하인 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트 연신사로 된 외층사(C)가 감싸고 있는, 에어텍스쳐드사(air textured yarn)로서, 그 외층사(C)는 부분적으로 절단된 모우를 가진 폴리에스터 다층가공사.
  2. 제1항에서, 중량비로 심사(A)는 35wt%, 외층사(B)는 30wt%, 외층사(C)는 35wt%로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 다층가공사.
  3. 제1항에서, 심사(A)는 신도가 200%의 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 다층가공사.
  4. 단사섬도가 3 데니어 이상인 고배향 미연신 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트사를 심사(A)로 하여 단사섬도가 2.5 데니어 이하이고 무기질 미세입자를 함유하고 있는 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트 연신사를 외층사(B)로 하고 단사섬도가 0.6 데니어 이하인 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트연신사를 외층사(C)로 하여, 이들을 에어텍스쳐링(air textuuring)가공을 함에 있어서 심사(A)로 부터 외층사(C)로 갈수록 피드율을 높여서 가공하며, 상기와 같이 제조한 에어 텍스쳐드사(air textured yarn)을 프릭션타입(friction type)가 연기로 마찰가연시키는 폴리에스터 다층가공사의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 에어 텍스쳐링할 때 피드율을 심사는 12~18%, 외층사(B)는 22~28%, 외층사(C)는 32~38%로 함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 다층가공사의 제조방법.
