제1도는 통상의 확산코팅장치의 개략도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따라 알루미늄 확산코팅된 시편과 코팅되지 않은 시편에 대한 고온 등온 실험결과를 나타내는 그래프, 제3도 및 본 발명에 따라 알루미늄 확산코팅시편과 코팅되지 않은 시편의 고온 주기실험결과를 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (2)

  1. 니켈기초 초 내열합금에 알루미늄을 확산코팅시키는 방법에 있어서, NH4Cl, NH4F,NaCl 및 NaF 및 중1종의 할로겐 화합물:1-10wt%, 50-200mesh의 입도크기를 갖는 알루미늄분말:3-30wt%, 및 잔부:100-200mesh의 입도크기를 갖는 알루미나 분말로 이루어진 팩분말에 내열 스텐레스강을 넣고 800-1100℃의 확산코팅온도에서 3-15시간동안 환원성 분위기하에 유지하여 확산코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 확산코팅된 내열 스텐레스강의 제조방법.
  2. 두께가 50-150um인 알루미늄 확산코팅층이 표면에 코팅되어있는 내열 스텐레스강.
