Claims (2)

  1. LED 및 수광소자를 포함하는 크랭크각센서와, 파형정형회로를 집적화한 IC를 내장한 크랭크각센서내장배전기에 있어서, 상기 수광소자와 파형정형회로를 동일 si칩상에 혼재시킨 수광IC를 구비해서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크각센서내장배전기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수광IC는 상기 수광소자에 대향하는 LED에 접속된 정전류회로를 내장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크각센서내장배전기.
