Claims (2)
- LED 및 수광소자를 포함하는 크랭크각센서와, 파형정형회로를 집적화한 IC를 내장한 크랭크각센서내장배전기에 있어서, 상기 수광소자와 파형정형회로를 동일 si칩상에 혼재시킨 수광IC를 구비해서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크각센서내장배전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수광IC는 상기 수광소자에 대향하는 LED에 접속된 정전류회로를 내장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크각센서내장배전기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
