Claims (12)

  1. 비캇 연화온도(50N)가 100℃이상인 내열성 중합체를 주성분으로한 겔화 프레믹스에 있어서, 이들이 폴리염화비닐용 윤활제와 충격강도 개량제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 겔화 프레믹스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 충력 강도 개량제를 메틸 메타크릴레이트/부타디엔/스티렌 공중합체(MBS수지), 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔/스티렌 공중합체(ABS수지)와 충격 방지 아크릴 수지와 이들의 혼합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 겔화 프레믹스.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 총격 강도 개량제를 내열성 중합체의 100중량부당 2중량부 이상 200중량부 이하의 비율로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 겔화 프레믹스.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제가 최소한 하나의 폴리염화비닐용 내부 윤활제로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 겔화 프레믹스.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 내부 윤활제를 글리세린 모노에스테르, 지방산에서 유도된 아미드, 지방산염과 지방족 폴리올과 이들의 혼합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 겔화 프레믹스.
  6. 제1항, 제4항과 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 윤활제를 내열성 중합체 100중량부당 5중량부 이상 75중량부 이하의 비율로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 겔화 프레믹스.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 중합체를 스티렌과 말레무수물의 공중합체, 스티렌과 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴, 부타디엔, 스티렌과 α-메틸스티렌의 공중합체, 폴리글루탈이미드와 스티렌과/또는α-메틸스티렌과 (메트)아크릴로니트릴과 임의의 (메트)아크릴에스테르의 공중합체에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 겔화 프레믹스.
  8. 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 내열성 중합체를 알킬기가 1-20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 폴리-N-알킬글루탈이미드와 스티렌과/또는 α-메틸스티렌과 아클리로니트릴의 공중합체에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 겔화 프레믹스.
  9. 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 내열성 중합체를 폴리-N-메틸글루탈이미드와 5-50중량%의 아클리로니트릴을 함유하는 스티렌과/또는 α-메틸스티렌의 공중합체에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 겔화 프레믹스.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 내열성 중합체를 주성분으로한 겔화 프레믹스를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 내열성 중합체 2-60중량부당 98-40중량부의 폴리염화비닐을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 폴리염화비닐이 65이하의 K값을 나타내는 염화비닐 동종중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
