Claims (8)
- 일반식 CH8-NH-CH2-R(식중, R은 탄소원자수 1∼3의 지방족 라디칼이다)의 아민의 제조방법에 있어서, 일반식 R-CHO(식중, R은 탄소원자수 1∼3의 지방족 라디칼이다)의 알데히드와 일반식 R′-NH2(식중, R′은 탄소원자수 6∼12의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 지방족 라디칼이다)의 아민을 반응시켜 쉬프염기를 수득하고, 반응수를 제거하고, 수소화 촉매의 존재하에 쉬프염기와 메틸아민을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알데히드와 일반식 R′-NH2의 아민을 20∼80℃, 특히 30∼70℃ 바람직하게는 40∼60℃에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알데히드 1몰에 대하여 1.012∼2.0몰, 특히 1.05∼1.8몰, 바람직하게는 1.1∼1.5몰의 아민을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 쉬프염기와 메탈아민 및 수소를 80∼220℃, 특히 90∼180℃, 바람직하게는 100∼160℃ 및 5∼25MPa, 특히 8∼20MPa, 바람직하게는 10∼15MPa에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 쉬프염기와 메탈아민 및 수소를 Ni, Co, Cu, Mn, Fe, Rh, Pt, 및/또는 Pd, 특히 Ni, Co, Cu 및/또는 Pd, 바람직하게는 Ni, Co 및/또는 Pd를 함유하는 수소와 촉매의 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수소화 촉매가 수소화 촉매를 기준으로 하여 20∼70중량%, 특히 40∼65중량%의 닉켈을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 알데히드가 프로피온 알데히드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 아민이 n-헥실아민, n-헵틸아민, n-옥틸아민, 2-에틸헥실아민, n-노닐아민, n-데실아민, n-운데실아민, n-도데실아민, i-헥실아민, i-헵틸아민, i-옥틸아민, i-노닐아민, i-데실아민 또는 i-도데실아민 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, 특히 2-에틸헥실아민임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
