Claims (13)
- (a)요구되는 모양에 본질적으로 상응하는 최소한 하나의 성형기 위에 열가소성 플라스틱 물질의 관의 길이를 외부적으로 지지하기; (b)관이 성형기 위해 지지될때 적외선 방사에 의해 판을 가열하기; (c)열가소성 플라스틱 물질이 성형기의 모양으로 변형되기에 충분히 형성력이 생기도록 적외선 방사의 호출을 제어하고 관을 가열하기; (d)모양을 유지하도록 변형된 관을 냉각하기; (e)성형기로부터 모양잡힌 관을 제거하기로 특징지워지는 원하는 모양으로 열가소성 플라스틱 물질의 관을 성형하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적외선 방사의 펄스화되거나 간헐적 방출로 관을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0.7 에서 2.0마이크톤 선호적으로 약 1마이크톤의 첨두 에너지 방출을 갖는 단파장 적외선 방사로 관을 가열하는 특징을 갖는 방법.
- (a)원하는 모양에 본질적으로 상응하는 열가소성 플라스틱 물질의 관(1; 101; 201)의 길이를 외부적으로 지지하기 위한 성형기 수단(5,6,7,8;105;205), (b)적외선 방사의 제어된 방출에 의해 관(1;101;201)을 가열하는 적외선 방상원 (30;130;230), (c)원하는 모양을 갖도록 관 (1:101:201)을 냉각하는 냉각유체원(34)로 특징지워지는 원하는 모양으로 열가소성 플라스틱 물질관을 성형하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 관(1;101;201)은 성형기수단(5,6,7,8)의 안내표면(5a,6a,7a,8a)위에 외부적으로 지지되는 특징을 갖는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 안내표면(5a,6a,7a,8a)는 형성된 굽은곳(1c,1d,1f,1g)의 곡률보다 약간 작은 곡률을 갖는 특징이 있는 장치.
- 제5항 또는 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안내표면(5a,6a,7a,8a)는 관(1)을 지지하고 관을 위한 시이링을 제공하는 성형기수단(5,6,7,8)의 원주그루브(14,15,16,17)에 의해 형성되는 특징이 있는 장치.
- 제4항에서 7항까지중 어느한항에 있어서, 성형기수단(5,6,7,8:105;205)는 예를 들어 폴리카보네이트나 유리같은 투명한 물질로 만들어지는 특징이 있는 장치.
- 제4항에서 8항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서 적외선 방사원(30;130;230)은 성형기수단(5,6,7,8;105;205)에 관해 각 위치와 또 그것으로부터의 거리를 변화시키도록 조절되는 하나나 그 이상의 램프(30;130;230)을 구성하는 특징이 있는장치.
- 제4항에서 9항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예를 들어 공기 같은 냉각유체원(34)는 성형기수단(5,6,7,8)의 관한 각 위치 및/혹은 그것으로부터의 거리를 변화시키도록 조절되는 하나나 그 이상의 배출구(33)에 연결되는 특징을 갖는 장치.
- 제4항에서 10항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적외선 방사원(30;130;230)은 적외선 방사의 펄스화되거나 간헐적 방출을 위한 제어수단(28)에 의해 작동되는 특징이 있는 장치.
- 제4항에서 11항까지중 어느한항에 있어서, 성형기수단(5,6,7,8)은 냉각유체원(34)와 적외선 방사원(30)에 관해 운동하도록 대 테이블이나 플랫포옴(flatformm)(4)위에 장착되는 특징이 있는 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 성형기수단(5,6,7,8)은 대 테이블(4)위에 장착된 다수의 성형기(5,6,7,8)을 구성하고 성형기(5,6,7,8)은 서로에 관해 조절되고 혹은 다음 원하는 관 모양을 위해 상호 교환되는 특징이 있는 장치.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
