조립식 문틀
제1도는 본 고안의 일부 분해 사시도.

본 고안은 유리가 삽착되는 문틀을 조립식으로 구성함에 있어서, 체결구와 이에 결합되는 지간의 내측면에 단일공정으로 이뤄지는 유리삽입용 홈을 요설하여 문틀과 유리의 조립과정을 보다 간편히 할수 있으면서도 체결구와 지간 및 유리의 삽착상태가 매우 견고 하도록된 고안에 관한 것이다.
종래의 문틀을 체결구와 지간을 조립한 다음 그 내측면에 별도의 유리고정용 판을 부착하거나 또는 실리콘으로 문틀에 유리를 고정하였는바 이는 작업이 매우 번거롭고 조립상태 또한 견고하지 못한 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 점을 감안하여 창안된 것으로서 이를 첨부된 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
""자형으로된 체결구(1)의 양단(2)에 지간(3)을 조립하도록 된 것에 있어서 체결구(1)의 양단(2) 내측면 내부로형 홈(4)을 형성하고 이에 결합되어 피스(7)로 고정되는 지간(3)의 내측면 내부에는 체결구(1)의 양단(2)부 홈(4)에 끼워지는 크기로 홈(5)이 요설된 돌기(6)를 형성한후 각 홈(4)(5)에 유리(8)가 끼워지도록 한 것으로서 도면중 미설명 부호(9)(10)은 피스 구멍이고 (11)(12)(13)(14)는 체결구(1)의 양단(2)부 형상에 따라 변형될 수 있는 지간들이다.
이와같이 형성된 본 고안은 체결구(1)의 양단(2) 내부로 형성된 홈(4)에 지간(3)의 내부로 돌설된 돌기(6)가 슬라이드식으로 삽입되므로 지간(3)이 체결구(1)에 잘못 끼워지는 일이 일체없는 것이며, 지간(3)이 체결구(1)에 끼워진 다음 피스구멍(9) (10)을 통해 간편히 피스(7)로 고정하는 것으로 문틀을 이루는 체결구(1)와 지간(3)의 조립상태가 견고한 것이다.
이와같이 문틀이 조립되는 본 고안은 또한 체결구(1)와 지간(3)의 일치된 홈(4)(5)으로 유리(8)가 간편 하면서도 견고하게 삽입되어 끼워지므로 본 고안은 종래와 같이 별도의 유리 고정용 판을 부착하거나 실리콘등을 사용하여야 하는 번거로운 작업을 하지 않아도 되는 것이다.

  1. ""자형으로된 체결구(1)의 양단(2)에 지간(3)을 조립하도록된 것에 있어서 체결구(1)의 양단(2) 내측면 내부로형 홈(4)을 형성하고 이에 결합되어 피스(7)로 고정되는 지간(3)의 내측면 내부에는 체결구(1)의 양단(2) 부 홈(4)에 끼워지는 크기로 홈(5)이 요설된 돌기(6)를 형성한후 각 홈(4)(5)에 유리(8)가 끼워지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 물틀.
