Claims (6)
- 양극타겟이 고정된 회전체와, 이 회전체를 회전가능하게 지지하는 고정체와, 상기 회전체 및 고정체의 일부에 설치된 나선홈을 갖는 미끄럼베어링부와, 이 미끄럼베어링부의 상기 나선홈을 포함하는 베어링간격에 충전된 액체 금속윤활제를 구비하는 회전양극형 X선관의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 회전체 및 고정체의 베어링부를 진공속에서 200℃이상이 온도로 가열하는 진공열처리공정과, 이 진공열처리 공정하는 사이에 또는 그것에 연이어 진공속에서 상기 베어링부의 나선홈을 포함하는 베어링간격에 액체금속윤할제를 충전하는 윤활제 충전공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제 충전공정에서의 베어링부의 최고가열온도는 완성된 X선관의 실제동작시에 있어서 베어링부의 최고도달온도 보다도 높은 온도로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제 충전공정에서의 베어링부의 최고가열온도는 그 윤활제 충전 공정후에 제조공정에 있어서 베어링부의 최고도달 온도보다도 높은 온도로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제 충전공정동안에 또는 그후에 회전체와 고정체와의 조립체는 진공속에서 초음파진동 시키는 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 양극형 X선관의 제조방법.
- 제2항, 제3항, 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미리 300℃이상이 온도로 가열하여 탈기시킨 액체금속윤활제를 윤활제 충전공정에 베어링부에 충전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 양극형 X선관의 제조방법.
- 가열수단을 갖는 진공벨자와, 베어링구성 부재를 지지하는 동시에 진공 장치외부로 부터의 제어에 의해 이동 또는 상호체결되는 부품지지, 제어 장치와 상기 진공벨자내에 얹어놓여져 베어링 구성부재에 금속 윤활제를 주입하는 윤활제 주입장치를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 회전양극형 X선관의 제조방법을 실시하기 위한 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
