Abstract

PURPOSE: To deter heat generation of the motor part and to improve the characteristics of the motor by providing a continuous oil passage which covers the whole joining part of the rotor which is directly connected to the rotating shaft that connects the motor part and the compressor part.
CONSTITUTION: The compressor body 2 of the compressor, which has a motor 5 at the lower part of the frame 4 and a compressor mechanism part 6 at the upper part, is supported by the elastic supporting device 3 in the sealed container 1. Also, the rotating shaft 7 penetrates through the main bearing part 4a, and the rotor 5a is directly connected to the lower part. A groove 8 as a passage 9 of oil is cut in the outer diameter of the rotary shaft 7 or the inner diameter of the rotor 5a here. Said groove 8 is formed throughout the whole length of the rotor 5a of which lower part is provided with a piece 10 connected to the passage 9, and the top of said piece is soaked into the oil 11. As the rotating shaft 7 rotates, oil penetrates into the passage 9 and goes up taking heat from the rotor 5a preventing its heat generation.
