Claims (1)
- 직포나 부직포등 천이나 종이류를 아크릴수지, 요소수지, 메라먼수지, 고무 또는 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(EVA)중의 하나를 70℃∼100℃사이의 온도로 가열 용융한 용액에 함침시킨 함침지를 중층 목재 널판지를 중심으로 무늬목이 표면에 부착된 상층 널판지와 순수 널판지인 하층 사이에 적층시켜 120∼180℃의 온도로 가열, 압착경화 시키거나, 상기 함침제를 120℃∼180℃의 온도로 가열 경화시킨 함침 수지층을 상기한 중층 목재 널판지를 중심으로 무늬목이 표면에 부착된 상층 널판지와 순수 널판지인 하층 사이에 적층되게 접착제로 접착시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 박층 마루판재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
