1378287 Laminates EVODE Ltd 25 Nov 1971 [1 Dec 1970] 32335/73 Divided out of 1378286 Heading B5N [Also in Division B2] A roofing material in rool form comprises a layer of waterproof sheet material, e.g. a roofing felt, neoprene, polyvinyl chloride or butyl rubber, having a perforated sheet material, e.g. paper or polyethylene foil bonded thereto,' the exposed surface of the perforated material being provided with a release surface, e.g. a coating of a wax composition, a silicone or polytetrafluoroethylene whereby in use the exposed surface bonds poorly or not at all to a bituminous adhesive. The roofing material may be made by impregnating a mat of glass or asbestos fibres with a low viscosity bituminous material and pressing the perforated material into contact with the bituminous material while it is still tacky.
