래디얼플로식 촉매충전탑에 있어서의 촉매유지장치 및 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본원 발명의 래디얼플로식 촉매충전탑에 있어서의 촉매 유지장치의 일실시예를 모식적으로 도시한 사시도.
제2도는 본 원 발명의 장치에 사용되는 촉매용기의 일예를 도시한 사시도.
제3도는 제2도의 촉매용기의 스크린(5),(6)의 예를 도시한 부분사시도.

Claims (12)

  1. 원통을 래디얼플로식 촉매충전탑의 상부 또는 저부의 입구로부터 반입, 반출이 가능한 크기의 횡단면을 가지는 복수의 세그멘트부분으로 이 원통의 축방향면에 따라서 분할된 형상으로하고, 유체입구측과 유체출구측에 각각 제1및 제2의 스크린을 설치한 복수의 촉매용기에 촉매를 충전하고, 이 복수의 촉매용기를 조립후의 형상이 전체로서 원통형이 되도록 래디얼플로식 촉매충전탑내에 조립한 것을 특징으로 하는 래디얼 플로식 촉매충전탑에 있어서의 촉매유지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 촉매용기는 상기 각 제 1및 제2의 스크린을 연결하는 양측면에 각각 측판이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매유지장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 스크린은 촉매용기의 외주면과 내주면의 어느한쪽에 설치되고, 상기 제2의 스크린은 다른 쪽에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매유지장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 래디얼플로식 촉매충전탑은 촉매고정바닥형의 것이고,상기 촉매용기는 덮개판 및 바닥판으로 닫혀 있는것을 특징으로 하는 촉매유지장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 래디얼플로식 촉매충전탑은 촉매고정바닥형의 것이고,상기 촉매용기는 외측에서 계속 공급되는 촉매를 유입하는 입구와 촉매용기로부터 유출하는 출구를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매유지장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매용기는 원통형 촉매층의 반경방향으로 단일층으로 배치되는것을 특징으로하는 촉매유지장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매용기는 원통형 촉매층의 반경방향으로 복수층으로 배치되는것을 특징으로하는 촉매유지장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매용기는 단면이 모두 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 유지장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 한 조의 촉매용기는 한 단면을 가지고, 나머지 한조의 촉매용기는 상기 한 단면과는 다른 단면을 가지고, 상기 두 조의 촉매용기는 원통형 촉매층을 형성하도록 조립하는것을 특징으로 하는 촉매유지장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매용기는 그 길이방향으로 대략 수평면으로 복수부분으로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매유지장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매용기는 그 길이방향으로 대략 경사면으로 복수부분으로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매유지장치.
  12. 원통을 래디얼플로식 촉매충전탑의 상부 또는 저부에 입구로부터 반입, 반출이 가능한 크기의 횡단면을 가지는 복수의 세그멘트부분으로 이 원통의 축방향면에 따라서 분할된 형상으로하고, 유체입구측과 유체출구측에 각각 제1및 제2의 스크린을 설치한 복수의 촉매용기에 촉매를 충전하고, 이 복수의 촉매용기를 이 래디얼플로식 촉매충전탑의 입구로부터 반입하여 조립후의 형상이 전체로서 원통형이 되도록 래디얼플로식 촉매충전탑내에 촉매용기를 조립함으로써 원통형의 촉매층을 형성하고, 스크린을 점검 또는 보수할때는 점검 또는 보수가 필요한 촉매용기만을 입구로부터 반출하여, 점검 또는 보수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 래디얼 플로식 촉매충전탑에 있어서의 촉매유지장치.
