제1도는 본 발명에 관한 고·액체분리 이송장치의 전형적인 한 실시예를 표시하는 개략측단면도.
제2도는 제1도에 표시한 고·액체본리 이송장치의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선 확대단면으로 그 동작상태를 표시하는 단면 설명도.
제3도는 제1도에 있어서 고·액체분리 이송장치 드럼체(Drum Screen) 의 상세한 구조를 표시하는 요부단면 측면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 스크루 콘베이어를 수납 배치한 이송관의 일단부에 중공드럼형 또는 원판형의 체(Screen)를 인접 배치하고 이 체의 안쪽에 전기스크루 콘베이어를 설비하는 동시에 이 스크루 콘베이어와 체를 함게 결합하고 전기체의 일단부측에 고형물 함유액의 유입실을 설치하여 체의 안쪽으로 고형물 함유액을 유입하도록 구성하며, 전기체의 상부 외측면에서 배면세척하기 위한 세척유체 분사노즐을 배치하고 그 위에 전기스크루 콘베이어의 일단부에 회전구동 수단을 결합하여 이룬 고·액체분리 이송장치.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 드럼체는 그 내주면에 스크루 콘베이어의 샤후트와 평행하게 복수개의 보강로드(Rod)를 접합하고, 이 보강로드에 스크루 콘베이어의 스크루날개를 접합 고정하여 이룬 고·액체분리이송장치.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 원판체는 그 중심부를 스크루 콘베이어의 샤후트측에 결합 고정시켜 외단부를 스크루콘베이어를 수납한 이송관의 원주면에 설치한 시링(Sealing)에 대하여 회전가능하도록 접합하여 이룬 고·액체 분리이송장치.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 드럼체 또는 원판체는 그의 일부를 분리액 저장 탱크 내에 침지시켜 스크루 콘베이어를 수납한 이송관을 경사배치하고 그 상단부분에 고형물 베출구를 설치하여 이룬 고·액체 분리이송장치.
  5. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 드럼체 또는 원형체와 스크루 콘베이어를 수평으로 배치하고 스크루 콘베이어의 상류측에 있는 전기체의 한쪽끝 부분에 고형물 함유액의 유입실을 설치하여 이룬 고 ·액체 분리이송장치.
  6. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 드럼체 또는 원판체에 인접하는 이송관의 내부 저면에 스크루 콘베이어의 샤후트와 평행으로 스크루날개와 접하게 한 하나 또는 복수개의 고형물 동반회전방지용 레일을 고정 배치하여 이룬 고·액체분리 이송장치.
