Claims (3)

  1. 녹색 커피콩의 총중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 3중량%의 탄닌으로 녹색 커피콩의 표면을 처리함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 품질의 커피콩.
  2. 녹색 커피콩의 총량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 3중량%의 탄닌으로 녹색 커피콩의 표면을 처리한 후 얻어진 커피콩을 0.5 내지 2시간 로스트하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 커피콩의 품질을 개선하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탄닌으로의 녹색 커피콩의 표면처리를 녹색 커피콩의 표면에 탄닌 용액을 스프레이하여 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커피콩의 품질을 개선하는 방법.
