Claims (2)

  1. 고정스크롤과 상기 고정 스크롤에 대항해서 자전이 불가능하면서 공정가능하게 지지된 가동 스크롤과의 사이에 가동 스크롤의 공전을 바탕으로 용적 감쇠되는 밀폐 공간을 형성하는 스크롤형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 고정 스크롤 및 가동 스크롤이 스크롤 벽두께가 외부 주위부분을 향해 점차 얇게 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 스크롤형 압축기.
  2. 고정 스크롤과 상기 고정 스크롤에 대항해서 자전이 불가하면서 고전 가능하게 지지된 가동 스크롤과의 사이에 가동 스크롤의 공전을 바탕으로 용적 감소되는 밀폐 공간을 형성하는 스크롤형 압축기에 있어서, 인벌류트 곡선상의 신장 개방각 위치에서 신장 개방선의 방향으로 신장 개방각의 증대에 따라 감소된 위치의 곡선을 양스크롤의 외벽 곡선으로 하고, 외벽 곡선상의 신장 개방각 위치에 있어서의 법선 방향 또는 그 근사 방향으로 가동 스크롤의 공전 반경치 만큼 신장 개방각의 위치를 이동시킴과 동시에, 이동 신장 개방각 위치의 곡선을 인벌류트 곡선 기초원의 중심점의 점대칭 위치에 이동시킨 곡선을 양 스크롤의 내벽 곡선으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
