Claims (8)
- 로터 디스크(27)와, 상기 디스크(27)의 외면에 부착되는 복수개의 블레이드(1)를 구비하는 로터(36)를 가지며, 상기 각각의 블레이드(1)는 에어포일부(2) 및 루트부(3)를 가지며, 상기 각각의 에어포일부(2)는 선단부분(7)과, 중앙부분(39)및 후단부분(6)과, 이들을 통해 연장되는 통로와, 상기 에어포일 통로에 냉각공기(29), (30)를 공급하는 수단을 갖는 가스 터어빈(36)에 있어서, 제1반경방향 통로(11)는 상기 선단부분(7)내에 형성되어 상기 선단부분(7)내에 반경방향을 따라 분포된 복수개의 제1구멍(43)과 유체 교통하며, 복수개의 제2반경방향 구멍(8)은 상기 후단부분(6)내에 형성되며, 복수개의 제3반경방향 구멍(9), (10)은 상기 중앙부분(39)내에 형성되며, 추가로 제2반경 방향 통로(17)는 상기 루트부(3)내에 형성되며, 상기 제2반경방향 통로(17)는 상기 냉각공기(30)의 제1부분(18)을 상기 제1통로(11)에 안내하며, 플레넘(16)은 상기 루트부(3)내에 형성되며, 상기 플레넘(16)은 상기 냉각 공기(30)의 제2부분(19)을 상기 제2반경방향 구멍(8)및 상기 제3반경방향 구멍(9), (10)전체에 걸쳐 분배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1반경방향 통로(11)는 상기 제1반경방향 통로가 외경방향으로 연장됨에 따라 감소되는 단면적을 갖는 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1반경방향 통로(11)는 단부(45)를 가지며, 제4반경방향 구멍(21)은 상기 블레이드의 팁부(25)를 통해 상기 제1반경방향 통로(11)의 단부(45)로부터 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 제2구멍은 반경방향에 대하여 예각으로 경사를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오리피스(18)는 상기 각각의 제2반경방향 통로(17)의 상기 제2단부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복수개의 축방향 배향 리브(12)는 상기 각각의 제1반경방향 통로(11)내에 형성되는 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 제1반경방향 통로(11)의 단면적은 상기 각각의 제1구멍(43)의 단면적 보다 30 내지 80배 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 제1구멍은 직경은 0.12 내지 0.20㎝(0.05 내지 0.08in)의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
