Claims (9)
- 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 초경합금 본체와 초경합금 본체의 표면상에 있는 촉매 금속층과 촉매 금속층 상에 단독으로 또는 다른 입자들과의 혼합물 상태로 있는 탄화물 입자층 및 탄화물 입자층 상에 있는 다이아몬드 입자층을 포함하는 비결합 조립체를 형성하는 단계와, 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체를 형성하도록 상기 비결합 조립체를 적절한 상승된 온도 및 압력 상태하에 두는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 금속층이 박막, 심, 디스크 또는 분말의 형태로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매 금속이 니켈, 코발트 또는 철, 또는 이들 금속중에서 하나 또는 그 이상을 포함한 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
- 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화물 입자층이 미립자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화물 입자층이 증발성의 비금속 결합제로 결합된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 비금속 결합체가 셀룰로오스인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
- 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다이아몬드 층이 미립자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다이아몬드 층이 증발성의 비금속 결합제로 결합된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 비금속 결합체가 셀룰로오스인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
