Claims (9)

  1. 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 초경합금 본체와 초경합금 본체의 표면상에 있는 촉매 금속층과 촉매 금속층 상에 단독으로 또는 다른 입자들과의 혼합물 상태로 있는 탄화물 입자층 및 탄화물 입자층 상에 있는 다이아몬드 입자층을 포함하는 비결합 조립체를 형성하는 단계와, 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체를 형성하도록 상기 비결합 조립체를 적절한 상승된 온도 및 압력 상태하에 두는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 금속층이 박막, 심, 디스크 또는 분말의 형태로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매 금속이 니켈, 코발트 또는 철, 또는 이들 금속중에서 하나 또는 그 이상을 포함한 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
  4. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화물 입자층이 미립자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화물 입자층이 증발성의 비금속 결합제로 결합된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 비금속 결합체가 셀룰로오스인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
  7. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다이아몬드 층이 미립자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다이아몬드 층이 증발성의 비금속 결합제로 결합된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 비금속 결합체가 셀룰로오스인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 압분체 제조방법.
