Claims (7)

  1. 공작물을 수용하여 그것의 선단부가 돌출되어 있도록 당해 공작물을 척킹하는 주측과, 상기 주축을 공작물의 센터를 중심으로 회전할 수 있음과 동시에 공작물의 길이방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 지지하는 주축대를 구비한 선반에 있어서, 공작물의 센터쪽으로 이동할 수 있도록 공작물의 선단부 근방에 배치된 터릿형 공구슬라이드와, 상기 터릿형 공구슬라이드를 공작물의 센터쪽으로 이동시키기 위한 터릿 이송수단과, 공작물의 센터쪽으로 이동할 수 있도록 사이 터릿형 공구슬라이드의 이동영역을 제외한 자유공간에서 공작물의 선단부 둘레에 방사상으로 배치된 복수개의 공구슬라이드부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 복합자동선반.
  2. 공작물을 수용하여 그것의 선단부가 돌출되도록 당해 공작물을 척킹하는 주축과, 상기 주축을 그 축선을 중심으로 회전시키기 위한 수단을 갖는 주축대와, 공작물 선단부의 일측에 배치되는 것으로서 공작물의 센터를 향해서 이동할 수 있도록 방사상으로 배열된 복수개의 공구슬라이드부재와, 상기 빗살형 공구슬라이드에 대하여 대향관계로 상기 공작물 선단부의 타측에 배치된 다중 공구슬라이드와, 상기 공구슬라이드를 주축의 축선에 직각인 방향을 따라 공작물 센터쪽으로 이동시키기 위한 다중 공구이동수단과, 주축에 대하여 반대방향으로 공작물의 선단부를 척킹하기 위한 후방주축과, 상기 후방주축을 지지하기 위한 후방주축대를 포함하는 NC 복합자동선반.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 후방주축대를 당해 주축대의 축선에 수직한 평면을 따라 다중 공구슬라이드의 이동방향과 교차하는 방향으로 이동시키기 위한 수단과, 다중 공구슬라이드 및 후방 주축대의 변위를 제어하기 위한 수치제어 수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 복합자동선반.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다중 공구슬라이드는 터릿형 공구슬라이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 복합자동선반.
  5. 바이트가 부착된 것으로서 공작물의 둘레에 배치되는 복수개의 공구슬라이부재와, 상기 공구슬라이드부재를 구동하여 변위시키므로써 공작물의 절삭을 행하도록 하는 서보모터를 구비한 선반에 있어서, 적어도 한쌍의 공구슬라이드부재가 공작물의 양측에 배치될 수 있도록 각각의 공구슬라이드부재를 지지하여 그것의 바이트가 공작물을 향하여 반경방향으로 이동될 수 있도록 하는 수단과, 상기 한쌍의 대향 공구슬라이드부재가 공작물의 센터를 향해서 상호 독립적으로 또는 동시에 이동하도록 제어하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 자동선반.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 대향공구 슬라이드부재중 하나를 구동하기 위한 제1의 서보모터와, 상기 한쌍의 대향 공구슬라이드부재중 다른 하나를 구동하기 위한 제2의 서보모터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 자동선반.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 대향공구 슬라이드이부재중 하나를 상기 다른 하나의 대향공구 슬라이드부재를 제외한 또 하나의 공구슬라이드부재에 접속시키는 링크기구와, 상기 링크기구에 의해 동일한 방향으로 이동되는 공구슬라이드부재를 상호 독립적으로 공작물의 중심쪽으로 미리 전진하도록 조절하기 위한 조절수단과, 전진한 공구슬라이드부재가 소정의 위치에 도달한 후 당해 공구슬라이드부재를 후퇴시키기 위한 공구슬라이드 선택수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 자동선반.
