제 1 도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서의 V형 엔진의 실린더 블록의 정면도.

제 5 도는 베어링 캡의 정면도.
제 6 도는 제 5 도의 VI-VI선에 따른 단면도.
제 7 도는 거친 마무리 가공후의 실린더 블록을 나타낸 정면도.
제 8 도는 실린더 블록의 제조공정의 일 실시예를 나타낸 블록선도.
제 9 도는 실린더 블록의 제조공정의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 블록선도.

Claims (1)

  1. 크랭크 축의 중심 위쪽의 블록본체(2)의 아래쪽에 베어링 캡(12)을 주조한 알루미늄 합금제 하부블록(3)을 조립하고, 양자사이의 베어링 부분(8)에 크랭크 축을 지지하는 엔진의 실린더 블록 제조법에 있어서, 상기 베어링 캡(12)을 주조한 후의 하부 블록(3)을 블록본체(2)이 조립체결 보울트(21)(22)로 체결한 상태에서 상기 베어링 부분(8)의 전단계 마무리 가공을 행하고, 이 전단계 마무리 가공후에 하부 블록(3)의 체결력을 일단 해제하고, 그후, 그 하부 블록(3)을 다시 블록본체(2)에 체결하고나서 상기 베어링 부분(8)의 최종 마무리 가공을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 실린더 블록의 제조방법.
