Claims (7)

  1. 적어도 제1모드/제2모드에 대응하여 동작상태/비동작상태로 되면서 전달특성이 외부임피던스회로(RL)에 의존하는 제1회로수단(1)과, 제2모드/제1모드에 대응하여 동작상태/비동작상태로 되는 제2회로수단(2)을 갖춘 반도체집적회로에 있어서, 상기 제1회로수단(1)이 상기 제1모드인 때에 상기제2회로수단(2)에 접속되는 외부저항(Rref)의 어느한쪽 단자에 인가되는 전압의 유무 및 대소에 관계없이 상기 외부저항(Rref)양단이 전압을 일정하게 유지함과 동시에 상기 외부저항(Rref)에 흐르는 전류를 취출하는 제3회로수단(3)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체집적회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1회로수단(1)이 상기 제1모드시에 상기 제3회로수단(3)에 의해 취출된 전류를 상기 제1회로수단(1)에 접속된 외부임피던스회로(Z)에 공급하는 제4회로수단(4)을 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체집적회로.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제3회로수단(3)이 상기 제2회로수단(2)에 접속된 외부저항의 양단의 전압을 열전압(Vr)에 비례한 일정 전압으로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체집적회로.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제3회로수단(3)이 상기 제2회로수단(2)에 접속된 외부저항의 양단의 전압을 온도계수가 거의 0인 일정 전압으로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체집적회로.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반도체집적회로가 자기기록재생장치에 사용될때 상기 제1회로수단(1)은 기록계증폭회로이고, 상기 제2회로수단(2)은 재생계증폭회로이며, 상기 제1모드는 기록모드이고, 상기 제2모드는 재생모드이며, 상기 외부저항(Rref)은 재생계증폭회로에 사용되고 있는 귀환저항인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체집적회로.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 반도체집적회로가 컴팩트·카세트용 자기기록재생장치에 사용되고, 상기 제1회로수단(1) 및 상기 외부저항(Rref)의 일단에 접속되어 있는 1개의 외부핀을 재생모드시에는 메탈/노말의 절환을 위한 논리신호입력핀으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체집적회로.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반도체집적회로가 멀티플렉서내장 FM/AM튜너에 사용될때 상기 제1회로수단(1)은 AM튜너회로이고, 상기 제2회로수단(2)은 FM튜너회로이며, 상기 제1모드는 AM수신모드이고, 상기 제2모드는 FM수단모드이며, 상기 제1회수단(1) 및 상기 외부저항(Rref)의 일단에 접속되어 있는 1개의 외부핀을 FM수신모드시에는 스테레오/강제모노럴의 절환을 위한 논리신호입력핀으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체집적회로.
