Claims (17)

  1. 아연 디티오포스페이트(성분 A), 분자내에 1종 이상의 히드록시기 및 두개의 인접 탄소원자 사이에 이중 결합을 갖는 화합물(성분 B) 및 산화 제일구리(성분 C)를 포함하는 윤활유 첨가제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A, B 및 C가 가열 교반되는 것인 윤활유 첨가제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A, B 및 C가 가열 교반된 후 여과하여 첨가제를 정제하는 것인 윤활유 첨가제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A가 아연 디알킬 디티오 포스페이트, 아연 디알릴 디티오 포스페이트 및 아연디 알킬 아릴 디티오 포스페이트의 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 윤활유 첨가제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 B가 탄소수 10-30의 불포화 지방족, 알코올, 탄소수 10-30의 불포화 지방산 및 탄소수 2-10의 다가 알코올에 의해서 부분적으로 에스테르화 한 화합물에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 윤활유 첨가제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 성분 A의 100중량부를 기준으로 성분 B의 10-300중량부를 포함하는 것인 윤활유 첨가제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A의 100중량부를 기준으로 성분 C의 0.5-30중량부를 포함하는 것인 윤활유 첨가제.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 첨가제가 첨가제의 전량을 기준으로 금속 구리로 변경함으로써 성분 C의 30-10,000ppm을 포함하는 것인 윤활유 첨가제.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 가열이 10분-10시간 동안 20-30℃의 범위에서 되는 것인 윤활유 첨가제.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 가열이 10분-10시간 동안 20-130℃의 범위에서 되는 것인 윤활유 첨가제.
  11. 윤활유 기유 및 윤활유 첨가제로 되어 있으며, 첨가제가 아연 디티오 포스페이트(성분 A), 분자내에 1종 이상의 히드록시기 및 탄소-탄소 이중 결합을 갖는 화합물 (성분 B) 및 산화제일구리(성분 C)로 되어 있는 윤활유 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 기유가 광물성 오일, 합성오일 또는 그 화합물인 윤활유 조성물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 조성물이 조성물의 100중량부를 기준으로 첨가제 0.1-5중량부를 포함하는 것인 윤활유 조성물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 성분 A가 아연 디알킬 디티오 포스페이트, 아연 디아릴 디티오 포스페이트 및 아연 디알킬 아릴 디티오 포스페이트로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 윤활유 조성물.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 성분 B가 탄소수 10-30의 불포화 지방족, 알코올 및 탄소수 10-30의 불포화 지방산과 탄소수 2-10의 다가알코올에 의해서 부분적으로 에스테르화한 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 윤활유 조성물.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 첨가제가 성분 A의 100중량부를 기준으로 성분 B10-300중량부를 포함하는 것인 윤활유 조성물.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 첨가제가 성분 A의 100중량부를 기준으로 성분 C0.5-30중량부를 포함하는 것인 윤활유 조성물.
